Never used. 24-hour hot water, Vrf heating and cooling system available.

Had a wonderful stay at Cemal's place, he was an amazing and very responsive host. My only qualm is the bed and the pillows, the bed is a bit small and the pillows are flat as can be, aside from that everything you can ask for is in the house with a beautiful view. You will need a car to get around, a taxi will not work.

We stayed 1 week at the villa Salmakis villa and it was a pleasant stay. The house is well built, well equipped with a large pool. The rooms are clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is not very far from Turgutreis and Bodrum, very easy to access by car. The staff are always attentive and very responsive. If I had to do it again, I would take the same villa

First of all, we loved Ms. Fatoş. He's a great host. Caring and very attentive. Her house is very clean, with a large and well maintained garden, but also safe. The house has everything you might need There's even a lot more. The cats also bonus. We feel like we'll miss Leyla a lot, especially. Of course, the garden... Here is a garden that invites you to the wonderland. We are very sure that you will relax under the tree in the garden if your goal is to run and run every day and not go places, but if you really take a break. Of course, the neighborhood is also very close, walking distance when you want to go out. However, since the house is slightly above the neighborhood, we recommend that you come/rent it by car to go to the sea or grocery stores.
