You get the feeling and “alone in the whole world” despite 7 minutes to Fagernes city. Mindfullness. About 2.5 hours drive towards Valdres from Oslo. There is power and wood firing. There is one bedroom and living room with sofa bed, dining room and bathroom with shower. There is a bio toilet inside the bathroom. Must walk 40 meters from parking space to the cabin. Wild, beautiful and steep! Cottage with stunning views. Great natural surroundings with great hiking opportunities. Høgestølen is located about 25 min. from Hemsedal center (alpine center), 15 min. to grocery store, and about 5 min. to a network of cross country trails. The cottage is heated with electricity and firewood, heating cables in the bathroom and combined washer/dryer .The cottage is steep to the east! Car way to the door, possible to park right outside. Here you can experience total silence. In the summer there will be cows and sheep in the area.

The living area showcases a comfortable seating arrangement with a dark couch and armchairs, complemented by a coffee table at the center. Warm lighting illuminates the rustic wooden walls and ceiling, while large windows provide natural light and views of the surrounding landscape.

The 2 bathrooms, one of which has a sauna, provide all the comfort you need for a relaxing stay. The view from the cabin is nothing short of fantastic, with sun from morning till evening.
