A fab flat in the heart of Hamburg

The apartment consists of a cozy sleeping/living room. The bed with two bedside tables is 180cm x 200cm. The dining area with 3 seats has a small kitchen with good equipment, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine etc. and a selection of standard spices. In the small but nice bathroom, the toilet can be separated from the shower area by a sliding door. Guests have access to all household appliances, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi (free). However, there is no entitlement to compensation if the WLAN does not work for technical reasons. Towels, a hairdryer and iron are available. The best way to reach us is by email or in urgent cases (hidden by Airbnb) /text message/phone call. You will receive the key from me or as an independent check-in in the key safe. The St. Georg district is centrally located at the main station and is known for its versatility. Restaurants, pubs, bars and street cafés characterize the neighborhood, as do the German Schauspielhaus and Ohnsorg Theater. It's about a 7-minute walk from the central train station. The popular shopping street Mönckebergstraße can also be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Likewise, the Alster is not too far away. Tobias and Henrike were incredibly friendly and helpful hosts! The apartment was very nice and very close to the station. It was also even more spacious than we thought! Tobias recommended us a lot of good places in Hamburg, such as restaurants and sights. We would definitely book this apartment again on a next visit to Hamburg!

The apartment was very easy to reach via the U2, S2 and various buses, but it is still super quiet. If I had just woken up here one morning, I wouldn't have typed a city based on the lack of noise and green views. Apartment is very well equipped, communication with Thomas was quick and we were warmly welcomed and well advised about restaurants and cafes nearby. If I come to Hamburg again, I'll go back to Thomas in the apartment

I can only recommend it. Everything is very clean, the room is designed with great attention to detail and the bed is very comfortable. There is a kettle and tea in the room, as well as a small refrigerator and a carafe for water. You can have a good and cheap breakfast directly at the bakery opposite or in the café a few meters further. Matteo and Emil are very friendly and open-minded, the communication in advance and also during the stay was great. The connection with the U3 is also great, with which you can reach the town hall or the piers in about 15 minutes. We felt very comfortable with Matteo and Emil and would be happy to come back🙂.

Between water tower and UKE - Blue room

I arrived at 7:00 in the morning. I was able to drop off my luggage and immediately received the house key. The apartment is beautifully quiet with birdsong and a view of the water tower. Bus number 5 or the bus stop can be reached in a few minutes. The bus runs almost every 3 minutes during the day. On weekends and holidays around the clock, otherwise until after midnight and starts before 5:00 in the morning. Great big room, nice bathroom. You can store your own food in your own compartment in the cupboard and refrigerator. Dagmar and Roy are happy to give tips and are available to answer questions.
