Experience a cozy space where you can enjoy the panoramic night view of Seoul from a high floor! It has curtains, so you can enjoy the privacy as well. Transportation and location 5 minutes on foot from Guro Digital Complex Station on Seoul Line 2 Hongdae: 20 min Gangnam: 25 mins Myeong-dong: 35 minutes Supermarket: 10 minutes on foot You can come at once by airport bus from Inchon Airport. Nos. 6004 or 6017 There is an elevator in the house, so even if you have luggage, you will have no problem getting around. We have a washing machine, so there is no laundry problem even if you stay for a long time. There is a professional coin laundry room on the first floor of the property for washing and drying. (additional charge required) You can always stay in a pleasant state with a floor heating boiler in winter and an air conditioner in the summer. It is conveniently located 3 minutes walk from Oryu-dong Station on Line 1, and is a clean and stylish space separated into two floors. * 1st floor: living space * 2nd floor: bedroom space Both the 1st and 2nd floors have front glass windows, so you can see the railroad tracks, green hills, and open skies, and you can see the changes of time and season from morning to evening, which is picturesque. On the first floor, there is a table for 4 people, a kitchen where you can simply make food, and a clean toilet. On the second floor (double floor_floor height 173), there are 2 comfortable single beds, and when 3 or more people stay, an extra bed is prepared with a memory foam topper. (Wireless Internet/TV/Beam Project, etc.) Even if it is not a new building, the advantage is that it is a private, single-use, independent space that has been carefully refined and neatly decorated. It is good for long-term stays as you can use it comfortably without sharing space with others.

I made a reservation in a hurry, but I liked it more than that. First of all, the quiet and tidy cleanliness made me feel comfortable and really nice during my stay. And the host!! You were attentive and quick to give feedback to make sure there were no inconveniences, and I was grateful. If the bedding was uncomfortable, I slept wrong, but it was cozy. Amanda’s place was really clean (spacious too considering it’s a studio) and the location is super ideal. It’s quite central and close to the subway which made it convenient to get around the city. There are lots of food options nearby as well as one of the best malls which is literally a 5min walk away. Highly recommend!

The interior of the house was clean and a new building, and the kitchen, living room, and bathroom were all equipped with necessary supplies, so it was convenient to live. There are parks nearby where you can take a light stroll, such as Mt., and there is no shortage of markets in front of the house, but the traditional market around the station is large and lively, so it is fun to see, and the food is abundant. I had a wonderful three-week stay at Gyogyo's!! The location is great, with lots of food nearby and two subway stops to choose from. The place looks better than the pictures and everything is set up for a comfortable stay. Gyogyo was a kind and helpful host. Overall, the place offers great value, particularly for longer stays. I recommend it most highly!
