You come to a cozy property, close to ski slopes, exercise tracks, trading area and adventure swimming. The house is timbered in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from the death of the wastehouse when it was moved here. The decor is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Newly-built house on the lake property near Romme Alpin

Welcome to a newly built house on your own lake plot with magical views! In summertime you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty as well as borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-burning barrel. In the fall you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake you can skate and go for lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.
