Holiday rentals with a patio in Guyancourt

Prefer location if you are taking the metro. Access to everything we needed on line 7. Place was beautiful, made us feel like we were local Parisians! Loved our stay

The location of the room is very good, close to the subway line, next to a large shopping center, you can see the iron tower in the room, the facilities in the room should be complete, thank you for having such a good room to let me have an unforgettable four nights in Paris, the landlord is warm and hospitable, next time I come to Paris I will choose this room again!I love Paris!!

Very clean, pleasant accommodation in a quiet environment, intended for two people. The kitchenette allows quick meals but a kitchen common to all the studios allows meals with others. This room on the ground floor provides access to a charming garden where there are tables and chairs for an outdoor meal or a drink. The whole place is decorated with taste. We will come back without hesitation if we have a chance. We recommend the studios of Villa Voltaire.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was exactly as described very clean and felt comfortable for 4 people. Area was very safe and super close to the metro that takes you into central. Would 100% stay here again. Thanks for the lovely stay!!

The apartment is in a beautifully renovated building. The interior is brand new and sparkling clean. Fully equipped, including fast internet. About six minutes from the metro, making travel to Paris very easy. The neighborhood is being renovated, making navigation difficult. However, Hélène provides excellent explanations, combined with a map, making the house easy to find. Sometimes it is noisy, and you get noise from the neighborhood and also from other residents in the building. Hélène communicates very pleasantly and responds within a few minutes. She has a folder in the apartment with all kinds of useful information about shops, restaurants, tourist tips for your visit to Paris and Romainville, etc. The house and the hostess are great! A nice place to stay, a nice base for a few days in Paris, where Hélène is easily accessible and always open to questions and information.

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

I had a great time staying at Amaury’s place with some colleagues for a work meetup - the house was spotlessly clean and more than big enough for us all to spend a week comfortably living and working in. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance and easy to get into the centre of Paris

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

Olga, was an excellent host that went above and beyond our entire stay and her home was beautiful as well. Olga was very responsive and provided more then enough information about details for your stay. When we arrived Olga had fresh pastries for us and if we needed anything else she didn't hesitate to get it for us. Olga was also helpful in providing local recommendations or routes to get to places. Me and my sisters enjoyed our time at Olga home and it felt like home our entire stay. I will highly recommend booking Olga's home especially if you need a place that is conveniently located to multiple tourist spots and the metro.

We had a lovely stay at this charming chalet as a family of three plus a friend. The chalet was the perfect size for us, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. Our three-year-old especially loved the peaceful surroundings, and we really appreciated that there was no traffic or cars nearby—it felt very safe and quiet. The location was ideal too: tucked away in nature yet still very close to central Paris. A perfect escape with easy city access. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. A perfect escape with the best of both worlds. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant time at Maryam's! Our host was very responsive, from the preparation of our trip! The accommodation was very clean and well arranged. It is a peaceful haven with a view of the fields and a little extra, the sunset from the deckchair! the bed and bath linen was also impeccably clean. Thank you for this welcome and your good advice!

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Best places to stay no matter what anyone says The Eiffel Tower from the balcony is also beautiful The accommodation is better than what was featured in the photos For Koreans, I think you can go without worrying.

We recently stayed in Antoine’s apartment for a wedding in Rambouillet and we would highly recommend! He was a friendly, incredibly helpful & responsive host and we had no issues whatsoever from check-in to check-out. The apartment is well located in a quiet & private area, walkable to the town centre and train station with frequent services into Paris. An overall delightful experience and we would not hesitate to visit again in future!
