Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Guyancourt

There was scaffolding on the building blocking our view when we arrived but Phillippe immediately offered us a larger apt. to compensate for the obstructed view. The apt. was very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We were extremely comfortable for our 6 nights in Paris. Phillippe greeted us with a basket of fruits and water and he could not be more responsive and helpful. It was a perfect location walkable to most attractions and extremely close to the Georges V metro line.

Located in a peaceful, almost town-like residential area, yet incredibly convenient for getting into the heart of Paris. We booked this place exactly for that reason, and it didn’t disappoint. The little balcony is really nice.

I had a pleasant stay in this apartment, which is very well located, 10 minutes from the city center and close to all shops. It is quiet and very pleasant. It is very clean and as advertised. The owners are very responsive. Please note, if you are very tall, the apartment has a fairly low ceiling. I recommend it in a second 😊

this is a wonderful apartment! olivier was kind, helpful and very responsive. i would absolutely stay here again. it's in the cutest neighborhood with great restaurants. it's very accessible to get anywhere by train/ bus, and a quiet, beautiful (not touristy) part of the city.

We had a great stay at Cecile’s apartment. We were in town for the tennis so location was great but also easy to get around inner Paris via metro or a long walk. The supermarket is 1 block away so it was easy to shop and get food in for dinners. Kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard. The pictures of the apartment do not do it justice as it was much clearer and larger than we expected. They have a house maid that looks after the apartment so it was extremely clean and tidy. 1 bedroom overlooks Main Street and 2 other bedrooms are at the back so they are very quiet. The apartment has double glazing so the street notice was not an issue at all. There are also some fans which were great for the hot nights, although the apartment stayed very cool anyway.

I stayed here with some friends on a recent trip to Paris and this apartment was just perfect. We really enjoyed the beautiful terrace and the view of the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood is a few stops away from the busier areas, but the metro is a half a block away and it was very easy to get in and out of the 16th. I particularly enjoyed the short walk over to a local park for walks and Le Grand Epicerie— an amazing French grocery store is right around the corner for food, coffee, and gift shopping. As for the inside of the apartment, it’s quite nice. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has all the amenities. The shower is not a traditional shower, though it is a bath with a showerhead. Overall, we felt the apartment was very quaint and European. It was an easy and comfortable place to stay.

Claire was so nice and helpful upon check-in. She offered recommendations and left us a bottle of champagne. She also let us check in early with our bags. Her apartment is just as beautiful as the photos. Everything about it is old, charming, kind of quirky, and we loved that so much. I felt like I was living in a still life painting or an old French movie. As for the area, there is so much to do, lots of restaurants, cool vintage markets on the weekend, and very easy access to multiple modes of transportation. We would definitely stay here again!

I felt comfortable in the house. It is small and accessed from a very steep staircase but has light and silence and everything is organized in a practical and tasteful way. Plus, it smells good. It is well connected to the center but outside it and that allows you to make contact with the neighborhoods.

Beautiful complex of 2 houses quietly located at the end of a large private courtyard. Private parking is so cool! And right across the street from the RER metro, that's great! Super comfortable bedding, large private terrace, super clean and super welcoming and friendly team. That's really great, thank you!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious home. Felt very safe and everything was within a 5 minute walk.

We stayed 1 night with our 3 children, the accommodation was impeccable, the sheets were super clean and smelled good! The place is quiet and cozy, the decor neat and the amenities and equipment are not lacking! We'll be happy to go back!! And we recommended it to those around us. Camille

A very large, airy flat. It was easy to find, the host was very helpful and responsive to our enquiries. The beautiful Bella the dog was a great extra!

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

About 8 minutes walk from RER C station, the soundproofing of the room is not particularly good, you can hear the sound of the next door talking at night, the room is pretty good

Françoise is a great host and responded to our messages very quickly. We were a little disapointed with the apartment as it is a little run down. But the place was still quite comfortable. Thank you Françoise.

Great hosts, super helpful, very accommodating.. cozy apartment, safe. Neighbourhood full of restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store. Lovely balcony to enjoy your mornings and evening.. bus stop at your doorstep and Rer just a 6-7 minutes leisurely walk. Brilliant choice to stay in Paris, but not touristy at all. Once again, very kind hosts. We’ll come back again in a heartbeat.

Vincent's apartment is a dream. Entering the condominium with its park and its rose bushes and plants and birds that sing is a wonderful experience. The apartment is perfect, it has all the amenities. The kitchen is great and you can cook quietly. The bathroom is very comfortable and the water is plentiful and hot. The bedroom is very nice and the bed is super comfortable. The neighbors are also very friendly. Vincent was extremely warm and friendly. Always offering to help us with whatever we needed. It is undoubtedly a wonderful place to make your stay in Paris perfect. It is close to many shops of all kinds and close to Metro and bus lines. Thank you Vincent for your warmth. Staying at your house was wonderful.

The accommodation was as described, well-equipped, in a good location. Hosts Ibrahim and Angelique were very accommodating despite unforeseen circumstances on our part, I recommend it 100%.
