Come and enjoy the Montpellier hinterland in this cozy and quiet accommodation. The 57 m2 villa is independent and surrounded by a private garden with furnished terraces and jacuzzi. It is composed of a large living room , an equipped kitchen and a large bedroom (160 bed) with dressing room and bathroom with a walk-in shower. You will also have access to a beautiful swimming pool available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and its warm patio.

Just 20 minutes from Montpellier, the Figaret cottage is a stopover in the countryside, ideally located, between the Pic St Loup and the sea. The Camargue is 45 minutes away. The private apartment with direct access to a terrace is on the ground floor of a beautiful stone building dating back in part to the 12th century. We live on the floor just above and will therefore be very available to welcome you, discuss good local tips or introduce you to our wine business.

Good tastings of local wines are also recommended in the cellars.

The large bay window will allow you easy access to the garden through the "fitness area". Montpellier city center is 8 km away. The tram to Occitanie station is 10 minutes by car, bus number 23 is in front of the apartment. You can ask us for any special help.
