Our house is located in Güzelbahçe, one of the most beautiful districts of Izmir. Our centrally located house is 550 meters from the nearest market, a 7-minute walk. It is 100 meters from the bus stops. Çeşme center is 56 km and 38 minutes away. Alaçatı center is 54 km and 36 minutes away. Seferihisar is 36 km and 29 minutes away. There is a beach close to our house where you can swim. We attach great importance to cleanliness, so we do not accept guests traveling with pets. It is registered by the Ministry of Tourism.

Enjoy the Sun on the 🏖️ Beachfront Terrace Urla Zeytinalani Between Izmir and Cesme. It can easily provide transportation to both areas. You can use the upstairs terrace as you wish. There aren't too many items there. For those who want to wake up to the sound of the sea and watch the sunset on the terrace in the evening. There is a bus station and various places to eat and drink in the immediate vicinity. It is better than walking in this heat, the dolmus is better, it passes in front of the door:)
