Villa holiday rentals in Güzelbahçe

For a group of 5 people it was a perfect stay - 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, the amenities, the views from windows/terraces and privacy feeling, modern household and great location, closeness to Urla center. It was indeed the perfect stay and definitely worth the money! The host was really helpful with suggestions and responsive to any questions we had, they had also 2 small dogs in territory who cheered our moods every time we met them :) when we will come back, would choose this villa again. And big thanks especially to Alpay!

The villa was very clean and the hostess was very kind and helpful. I can gladly recommend it.

The house was spacious, clean and safe as in the photos. The house had everything we needed. It was very enjoyable to have a barbecue in the garden. It was centrally located to reach the sea and cafes on the pier on foot. We were very satisfied.

We went as 3 couples, we could not fully understand the beds in the bedrooms in the photos. Mr. Payakan foresaw this and sent a message again and stated that he could even cancel it. We still accepted it. When we went, he still produced alternative solutions. Thank you for your support. It provided extra flexibility during check-in and check-out times. In general, we did not encounter any surprises, the bed comfort may increase a little, otherwise we did not encounter a situation different from what was promised. Thank you

We stayed one night with my friends. We contacted Ms. Ülkü and I was able to reach her whenever I wanted, thank you. The house was quite clean and beautiful, and the garden was also pleasant. We left with my friends very satisfied 😊

It was a great stay experience! The house was quite clean and comfortable, we had no problems. The garden is much larger and more spacious than the photos, and it was absolutely perfect for our two dogs. The host is very sweet and caring, and responded quickly to all our questions. First of all, the host was very interested and there was a quick solution for each of our problems. The items in the house were quite sufficient and beautiful. There is a beautiful beach 5 minutes away from the car. I would recommend both the location and the house🙏

Beautiful place. Never seen a house like it. The windows are incredible. We were there in the off season for a self-guided wine tour and it was the perfect central location for short drives to all the wineries and their restaurants. Heads up, though, that the bathroom off the main bedroom upstairs has no privacy (wall is only glass between the bed and shower/toilet) so if you’re a group of friends, you’ll want to use the extra twin mattress (3rd bed) and bring it downstairs to sleep two people in the downstairs bedroom. Or just walk downstairs to use the bathroom. Also, the house has no numbered address, so wait for the host you send you the pinned location. The default Airbnb location is just the dead center of the town.

The villa is very spacious and offered enough space for our group of six couples. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Everything was very clean. Very friendly reception. Yasemin responded very quickly to our questions. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. There is plenty of crockery, pots, bowls and cutlery. Only the coffee cups and wine glasses were not enough for 12 people. Also at the dining table in the living room and at the garden table there are not enough chairs for 12 people, which is a shame. The villa is minutes from the Izmir-Cesme toll road, but is very quiet with a very large garden. We enjoyed the terrace and the beautiful pool. Thank you, Yasemin, for your hospitality!

Ms. Dilara and Mr. Mert are so hospitable and warm that you are definitely welcomed as guests, not customers. The house♥️ is extremely useful and enjoyable, you should take your fly repellent, remembering that you are in a forest, but you should definitely come 😄😻 a wonderful house that meets all kinds of needs. The accommodation is beautiful, with its own terrace and has a large shared pool. The green areas are very neat and beautifully laid out. I was also allowed to help myself to the apricot tree. Thank you for the experience here.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The house was comfortable, the pool was bigger and more useful than we expected. The garden is very beautiful. It's also suitable for staying with pets. Ms. Ebru was very helpful, she responded quickly to every question and her communication was very friendly.

Ms. Ebru is really a very caring and warm host. She was very responsive to all kinds of questions before, during and after our stay and helped us with various suggestions. Their house was immaculate and quite tidy. We didn't encounter any disturbing details. We already understood on our first evening that we came to Urla and made one of the best choices for relaxing in a decent neighborhood and a great house. Thank you for everything.

The place was very beautiful, clean, and perfect to spend days in the pool chilling. Also very close to Urla center with a car. Buket was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole stay. I would totally recommend!

During this short-term stay, we had a very pleasant process in complete peace of mind, where every opportunity we needed was provided. We spent time in our own home during the holiday with the warm welcome and support of Ms. Güneş. Thank you so much for all the amenities provided. We would recommend this facility to everyone, which will be our priority for our stay in the Urla region again.

Mr. Metin was a very caring, helpful and easy to communicate with. It helped us a lot by providing quick feedback both before the trip and during the stay. The house is a very suitable option for those who want a peaceful holiday. It is a very nice environment with a patio, pool, and garden. The house is very clean and tidy.
