Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Gwanak-gu

Very well-organized space, that was exactly as described and pictured. It's about an 8-minute walk either direction to get to Gangnam Station or Yangjae Station, and there is plenty of restaurants very close, with many retail options located just a short walk away in Gangnam. The host responded quickly and friendly, and I had zero issues with my check-in, stay, & checkout.

Eden was super helpful throughout the stay, the instructions and guide made it clear on what to do so there was no confusion at all. Secondly, the location is super convenient, connected to the metro station made it easy to travel around Seoul. Most attractions and neighbourhoods were just a 30 minute metro ride away. The view is also great, with lot of natural sunlight. The only minor reminder would be to bring your own bigger towels! Eden provided more than enough hand towels but if you’re not used to it, you can bring your own bath towels for comfort. My partner and I adjusted fine. Overall, great stay!

This place is well-located, convenient, and pleasant. The building has useful amenities (gym, etc), and is super near to Seoul Station and great bus connections. I had a great time here!

Fantastic place, there are 2 stations near the airbnb, both 2 and 5 mins on foot. It's a really nice place to come back to after a hectic day in Seoul since the place is stationed in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Our airbnb host JM house has been the best host till now. Not only did he help me with finding our airbnb and other stuffs related to the Airbnb, he helped us with early luggage delivery and storage. He was very helpful and had quick response which helped us a lot. He did bring help in a short notices. He was so flexible with our check out time which gave us extra time to relax. The apartment was the most beautiful and comfortable place I have stayed. The views are amazing and the apartment is close to shopping centre, stations and 1 minute walk to bus station. It was so convenient for us. Would definitely recommend it Thank you so much for all the help and making our stay very special.

It was a truly touching place to stay. Everything was perfectly prepared and nothing was missing. Even without going out for sightseeing, there was so much to enjoy within the accommodation itself. What I appreciated the most was how generously the host provided towels and snacks. My child enjoyed as much sweet potato pie and hardtack as they wanted. Although there was a convenience store on the first floor, we didn’t even need to go there because the room was already stocked with plenty of snacks and ramen. The warm and beautiful interior made it clear how much care and attention the host puts into maintaining the space. From the moment you open the door, you're welcomed by a pleasant scent and beautiful music. You’ll truly be able to experience everything I’m describing. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone.

Really nice local area and close to the train station so you can get around to Hongdae and Seongsu so easily. Lots of buses as well. If you want to see main sights, it takes about 30-40minutes to get there. Everything was so well decorated and cosy. The bathroom is the Korean style of shower head connected to the sink tap. As a foreigner it was a little hard for me to get used to! But overall really lovely little place that is quiet at night and cosy for my time there.

Loved the place - very clean and cozy. The host had a lot of basic essentials in the house (hygiene items, towels, etc). There are also clean dishes, utensils and pots to use if you feel like cooking. House comes equipped with a dryer and washer too. Whenever we had an enquiry, Jiwoo would answer really promptly. House is also just 10 mins away from the metro, very convenient. Would come back again!

I usually use Airbnb, but I think it was the best quality accommodation I've ever been to! I am willing to revisit 100%! The host's friendliness is really the best.🫶🏻

The host is very friendly. There was no major inconvenience for 2 people to stay. Every room was clean and tidy. The heating and hot water are good, so it's comfortable. There was a small river on the way to the station, so it was good for a walk, and the surrounding view was beautiful.

Apart from the inconvenience of traveling far, it is not easy to get a taxi, it is inconvenient to have luggage, because there is no elevator, the other homestay has almost no shortcomings, the boss is really meticulous, even the curling iron is prepared, the person is also very good, always answer your questions, but if the location is a little better, you may not be able to live at this price, the house is really good, the location is really inconvenient

I really liked this accomodation. I was able to walk from the subway line 2. The host was very helpful and easy to find. The accomodation was very clean and had a nice smell. It was a great place to relax and unwind. I would like to visit again :)

Everything met our expectations - even exceeded them. Our hostess is available around the clock & is exceptionally generous. We were allowed to check in much earlier than planned. Check-in instructions are very precise. We met the housekeeper, who was incredibly warm & open. At first, the beds seemed hard, but they were surprisingly comfortable. The accommodation was spotlessly clean & we had access to cleaning supplies such as vacuum cleaner & washing machine. A special highlight, which we rarely find in Germany, was the toilet with bidet function. It rinsed and dried me after using the toilet - an ingenious device! The location was ideal, in the middle of Korean life & yet incredibly quiet, with friendly neighbors. Bus stop almost outside of the door. The only mini problem we had was figuring out where to put the trash. Maybe I missed something in the description. Conclusion: Fantastic stay that deserves a 7-star rating.

This place is definitely a recommendation for any family. Having 3 bathrooms was great, especially with teens. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and helpful. Being above a bakery was great. Sinchon station exit 7 is just a 5 minute walk. There are several convenient stores around and an E-Mart for groceries with a Daiso next to it. Great location.

JD was a very esponsive host and his place was cozy and clean with many nice small touches. The location was also great and near to the train station and main Hongdae area.

The house is exceptionally clean and conveniently located just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The owner is also very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable

It was a clean and nice place to stay close to Jihechal. In particular, the host responded quickly and helped me a lot so that I didn't have any inconvenience in staying. I recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s very close to Namsan Tower — we took the bus up and walked down, which was a great experience. You can also easily walk to Myeongdong, which is super convenient, and Seoul Station is just nearby. The apartment itself is great, and the host was kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this place! If I come back to Seoul, I’ll definitely try to stay here again if it’s available.

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

This place was very clean and comfy, which exceeded my expectations. I think I’ll stay here again when I visit SNU in the later days
