Condo holiday rentals in Gwangjin District

The room was nice and exactly as advertised. The host was very kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity!

Hwangsan was a great and accommodating host. The place was extremely clean. The subway station and bus stop were not very far away. We also preferred walking to some of the attractions like seoul station and namdaemun market (about 30 minutes). There were also some nice cafes nearby. The place is also in a quieter neighborhood so that was very nice (you can hear the train when your windows are open but wasn’t an issue at all).

Super clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location--super close to all the hot spots in Itaewon but still on a quiet street. Host was super sweet and accommodating. Will book again if ever back in the area.

Lucky’s place was perfect for a solo long stay in Seoul. There is much to do in the surrounding area and overall it felt like a home away from home. Lucky was also very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. If ever I stay in Seoul, I will definitely look out for Lucky’s place again. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement, situé dans un quartier calme mais vivant, idéal pour découvrir la ville, proche du métro et des lignes de bus . L’hébergement est confortable, spacieux , lumineux , et très bien équipé. Il est accessible par ascenseur . Les consignes sont extrêmement bien expliquées. Nous avons apprécié le panier gourmand offert à notre arrivée après un long vol de nuit , une attention très agréable. L’hôte a été réactif et disponible tout au long du séjour. Une adresse que nous recommandons vivement !

침대가 편해서 푹 잤습니다. 건물 특성상 다소 습하고, 계단을 이용해야 합니다. 하지만 집이 안락하고 생각보다 넓어서 쾌적하게 느껴졌습니다! 세면, 샤워용품은 집에서 다 챙겨오는 것을 추천합니다..!

J'ai passée un excellent séjour dans ce logement. J'y suis resté 1 mois. Vous avez tout ce qu'il vous faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Pas loin de la ligne du métro et de la rue principale (environ 7 minutes à pied) où vous pouvez retrouver pleins de magasins/restaurants. Vous avez aussi également à 3 minutes à pied, un petit supermarché pour faire vos courses si vous êtes là pour un long séjour.

This place is definitely a recommendation for any family. Having 3 bathrooms was great, especially with teens. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and helpful. Being above a bakery was great. Sinchon station exit 7 is just a 5 minute walk. There are several convenient stores around and an E-Mart for groceries with a Daiso next to it. Great location.

the host would respond quickly at times I expected them to be sleep. also very helpful with the recycling and how to access the amenities.

Gwangu (the host) is very responsive in attending to our needs. He provided us with flat iron when we asked for it even though it was not in the list of amenities so thanks a lot for that! The actual place is as seen in the posted photos, though they can clean the laundry area a little more :) The area is also in a good location and very much walkable to Hongik University subway stn and bus stations.

Ich habe zwei Wochen in dieser Unterkunft gewohnt und habe mich dort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Alles war wie in der Beschreibung angegeben und bei Fragen wurde zu jeder Zeit zügig geantwortet.

Lee & Oh’s place is super clean and comfortable, made us felt right at home. You can feel a lot of love and care have been put into the apartment as the owners pay attention to every small detail, making our stay very comfortable. The apartment is also very spacious and perfect for families. Would definitely recommend 100%z

도심 한복판에 있어서 이동하기 쉽고 주변에 즐길거리가 많아요 특히 ak몰이 가까워서 좋았습니다 들어가자마자 뷰가 너무 좋아서 놀랐어요 낮도 좋지만 야경이 아주 굿입니다 ദ്ദിᐢ. .ᐢ₎ 사진 찍기 아주 좋아요 침대가 넓어서 아주 편안하게 잤네요 화장실까지 커서 만족만족대만족

入住四天，房东非常热心，到达民宿时，房东很热心帮我们搬运行李，入住期间还帮我们点外卖，离开时，还能寄存行李。民宿周边环境很好，也有个24小时超市。晚上总的来说，很安静，就是房间隔音不大好，当中有一天隔壁邻居大声聊天到很晚。

accommodation was right outside of the train station which made travelling so much easier and hassle free! my partner and i genuinely loved how cozy the place feels and felt really comfortable throughout the entire stay! thank you :-)

Esperienza di circa due mesi per me ottima! Su Airbnb la soluzione qualità/prezzo migliore che ho trovato. La posizione è centralissima: nel quartieri di Myeongdong a qualche minuto a piedi dalla metropolitana Linea 4. Bisogna fare un po’ di scale per raggiungere l’appartamento! Si tratta di un complesso di più appartamenti in due-tre edifici di circa 5 piani: tutto è organizzato molto bene dagli host con servizi di vario genere tra cui aiutarti negli spostamenti da e per l’aeroporto, fornirti carta igienica e altri materiali essenziali. Sono molto gentili e disponibili ma anche riservati e non invadenti. Il mio appartamento in particolare era molto piccolo ma ben organizzato e molto caldo. Per qualsiasi problema l’host è molto reattivo e disponibile ad aiutarti.

This is first time that we had the "real" AirBnB experience, it felt great. It complies with the idea of AirBnB to share your space with others. Louis's place exactly matched, we felt like staying at home of good friends. The apartment had everything what friends also would leave there. A fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. All what we needed to wash our clothes was there too. We didn't miss a thing (except a safe). The location is great, close to the mountains. But it's a bit tricky to reach the main spots of Seoul. Always you have to start your journey with a small bus to reach the subway. Which will always takes a bit more than 1h to bring you downtown Seoul. But there is a huge advantage: Gaerung station is close to the end of that subway line, when going to the city you mostly will find a vacant seat. Small shops are close, if you want to find some restaurants nearby, go to Gaerong station, we found great places to eat in the small streets around the subway station.

Jung is the Host with the Most! I stayed 2 months and I felt like it was my own place. The area is away from the hustle and bustle. Mountains, temples, hiking trails, Mom and Pop stores and restaurants. I wanted the local feel. I felt like I found a community. Coco's for hair, Amazing Nails for amazing nails and a bulgogi shop next door run by a sweet family. Beautiful Hanoks, streets to explore and an open air market right next to Line 4 Sungshin Women's University Station (a 10 minute walk downhill if you don't stop every 5 meters to shop or get coffee). The station also connects to the Ui LRT. The Airiang Cine Center next door offers a cafe 10 meters door to door (say hi to Pak!) and a movie a theater that shows American movies in English! A modern flat with two bed rooms in an outstanding area. The End.

너무나 쾌적한 곳에서 편하게 머물다 갑니다. 주변에 창포원 공원도 있어서 아침에 산책하기에도 좋았어요. 도봉산 근처에 맛집들도 좋았구요. 다음에 다시 또 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다.

숙소는 깨끗하고 무엇보다 주인장이 너무 친절해서 좋았습니다.

지허찰과 가깝고 청결하고 좋은 숙소였습니다. 특히 호스트분이 답변이 빠르시고 지내는데 불편이 없도록 많이 도와주셨습니다. 추천합니다.

호스트분이 체크인 전부터 세세하게 신경 써주셔서 재밌게 놀다 갑니다 :) 침실이 충분해서 좋았네요 ㅎㅎ 다음에 또 놀러가고 싶은 숙소 입니다!

Very easy to find and clear instructions from the host. It's very near a busstop for a direct bus to the airport as well which I found very convenient. The room itself has all basic amenities and is spacious and very clean. Just note that the mattress is quite hard if you're sensitive to that. It wasn't a problem for me and I would definitely like to come back sometime.
