They prepared a lukewarm pool at the time of arrival, so I was able to enjoy the water with the children right away. Especially on the second day, even though the wind was chilly, I was able to have a good time until late at night thanks to the warm water. Thanks to this thoughtful consideration, I enjoyed the water play without feeling cold at all. The kids' favorite was the air bouncer! I jumped around in a wide space and the laughter did not leave. Thanks to that, both the children and we had a really satisfying time. There was an e-mart 15 minutes away from the accommodation, so it was very convenient to shop. Thanks to that, I was able to easily purchase the necessary items, and in the evening, I was able to enjoy a delicious barbecue party with the Weber grill and charcoal prepared by the host. It was really delicious because I baked it with fresh ingredients! It was also nice to be able to keep the drink cool and drink it, thanks to the bucket containing the ice pack. These small considerations made for a more comfortable and enjoyable stay. If I have a chance next time, this is the place I would definitely want to visit again. Thanks to you, my whole family made happy memories. I highly recommend it!

First of all, it is close to the ski resort, there is a convenience store 3 minutes away by car, and it is easy to deliver food. It's just like the other listing description. I'll be visiting again next year

It was quiet and so nice.

The place was awesome, we felt part of the countryside when staying there and it was very cozy and relaxing. Host offers great BBQ services (grill and wood) for a reasonable 10000 won. we had great time.

It is a nice place with a good view nestled in a quiet mountain. I was late for check-in, but the host kindly showed me how to get here and helped me check in.

It was nice to get up early in the morning and take a walk around ~ You can also walk to Ssangsanjae The clean accommodation is very kind, they provide snacks, the accommodation is clean, and the bedding Everything was good The kitchen was also well-equipped for ease of use. In the morning, you don't have to eat tea and go to a cafe. It was a pity that I went after a day. I have to go a little longer ~ ^ ^

I want to rest comfortably in a quiet and free place I made a reservation. I felt good about the host's hospitality, and I emptied my hair in the warm Guduljang I rested comfortably. It was cloudy, so I didn't see the stars It's a pity, but there's a lot of snow in Yeongwol in the morning. I put it in both eyes.

The owner was kind, and it was so nice to spend the day in a jacuzzi with a cypress bath and a good speaker with a great view. Like other reviews, there were a few shortcomings, but I already knew about them, so I wasn't too uncomfortable. It was a very good healing.

All the spaces and amenities were filled with sincerity and warmth. I didn't know that they would prepare breakfast, but it was a healing time that I could forget all the fatigue and worries of the world and focus on myself because they prepared a healthy, warm, and hearty breakfast. Even though I am very scared of and hate bugs, it was a time to detox my mind to the point that even the bugs I met on the outdoor deck looked cute and new. I was so touched that you even took care of the fruit to feed the dog! It was nice to see the Milky Way with my own eyes, and the air was clear. I will never forget the stars I watched all night, the sound of birds I heard while having breakfast and a cup of tea in the morning, and the fresh scenery. I had a really good stay! ^ ^

The bedding was clean and the location was great. Thanks to the friendly host, I stayed comfortably.

I rented it for a family gathering, and the surrounding environment was quiet and the neighborhood environment was so nice. 👍 It was so nice to get immediate answers to my questions and communicate. I want to stay again next time. ☺️

i can’t say enough about this place ~ a true hidden gem, especially for those travelers looking for a more nature-filled, peaceful, traditional korean village experience. nestled halfway up one of the mountains in jirisan, katherine’s hanoak house and guest house is near a pristine mountain-fed stream and two Buddhist temples within walking distance. the beautiful villages of hwagae, gurye, and namwon are minutes away by car as well as many hiking trails, hot springs, sauna, and three of the best Buddhist temples (and one of the best buddhist hermitages) in the country. katherine is also an amazing, personable and knowledgeable host with plenty of ideas and suggestions of things to do or events and festivals to attend. a native english speaker and fluent in korean is an added bonus. her guest house is lovingly and artistically furnished and super cozy. looking forward to many future visits…

I had a really good time with the kind host, the lovely puppy Yoo, the warm pool, and the comfortable and evenly-cooking gas grill. There were two TVs with YouTube and Netflix, and even a karaoke machine, so there was no time to get bored. The kids are asking to come again. I'll see you again in the season when the valley water flows!

The uphill path is a little steep, but Other than that, I liked it so much. If I come again next time, I want to revisit.

I rested comfortably with my parents. The owner was very kind and took care of me meticulously, so I had a good time.😊 It was small, but it had everything, so it wasn't uncomfortable. There are many restaurants nearby, so I remember eating well and playing well!! It's a great place to heal for a few days!!

It was a good time to have a light barbecue. I ate well until the end because you carefully smoked the charcoal. There were no mosquitoes yet... I was a little nervous because there were bushes around. The owner was kind and the coffee and sandwiches provided were very delicious. I felt reassured. It wasn't winter, so the lukewarm hot water was enough for two people to wash together. It was just that the sink drainage was weak... it was a shame. I had a good rest of the day.

The surroundings are spacious and peaceful. There are picture books I like, cute handmade accessories, and a CD player that opens the morning pleasantly, especially on the second floor. It was nice to have a space where you could do something alone and see the scenery together. I had a good rest:)

We had an amazing stay! The house is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and have all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—close to public transport, great restaurants. The host is kind, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. If you’re looking for a cozy and stylish place to stay in Seoul, I highly recommend this place!

First of all, the most important cleanliness was very good. I wanted to experience something out of the ordinary, but it was okay. The reason I rated it was okay is that Jungmisan is quite an important part of choosing this location, but it was unfortunate that the renovation was off-limits throughout 2025. If you had announced in advance, it would be better to plan your route.

I've traveled with my dog several times through Airbnb, but this was the first time we went just the two of us. It was a trip that was a little exciting and a little worried, but thanks to Yeondubang, I was able to spend a very warm and peaceful time. The cozy 'Yeondubang' was decorated with a charming and warm atmosphere, so I was comfortable throughout my stay. Above all, I was really satisfied because there was a great course nearby for walking with my dog.🙂 However, there were a few shortcomings. There was no sink in the Yeondu room, so I had to go to the bathroom or outside to wash the dishes. In particular, the bathroom was a little cramped, and it was a little inconvenient that there was no stand to dry after washing the dishes.🥹 Also, there are a lot of bugs because the surroundings are mountains, but there is no mosquito repellent or insecticide in the room, so I had to receive it separately after the request. I thought it would be better if a mosquito net was installed on the entrance door of the Yeondubang.🙃 It was a little disappointing that there was an additional charge for bringing a dog and an additional charge for changing the check-in/check-out time.😂 Nevertheless, it was a special time to heal with my dog in nature. If you are planning a trip with your dog, this is a space we can recommend!

Above all, the host welcomed and took care of me like I was his own grandson, so I was able to stay really comfortably. In the morning, they gave me strawberry juice and eggs to feed my child, so I ate so deliciously. ^^ There are many things to do in the vinyl house, so my 5-year-old son had fun, and the house condition was clean, so I was completely satisfied! The room isn't spacious, but it wasn't insufficient for a family of three, and I think it'll be okay for a family of four. We didn't use it separately, but the barbecue zone and swimming zone were also clean and pretty. ~ It's a place I want to come back to. ^^ Thank you.
