Amazing spot, 1 mile N of I70 but worlds away. Great view from the deck, nice private location. We are a very active outdoor couple that are more than happy to share local info, help plan... we do just about every outdoor sport there is, and are happy to give any beta we can. We also have river toys (a raft, 2 paddleboards, a duckie/ inflatable kayak, and 3 hardshell kayaks) that can be Borrowed in exchange for wine ;). We are in the center of Colorado's mountain biking community with a 100 miles of single track. Also just down the interstate from Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. The views alone are worth the visit!
