*Our price for a stay is structured with a base price with the option to bring your own linen or self-clean. We have done this as we get many families from Christchurch who have asked for it as they want to bring their own linen and self-clean to enable the lowest amount possible for the rental.
Hired linen and the cleaner are available as requested at an additional charge.
If you ask to self clean and don't, this leaves us with a very difficult situation, an unscheduled clean in advance of a new guest arriving. This would result in a $120 cleaning charge.
No sleeping bags allowed due to hygiene reasons. If you bring your own sheets you will need two sheets and a pillowcase per bed.
Do not put hot cups on the tables or furniture, or hot pots on the kitchen bench as they will damage the surface. There are coasters and chopping boards in the kitchen provided.
Our pricing structure is set out clearly in our listing. If you missed it and you decide it does not suit your requirements you can cancel your booking and receive a full refund at any point.
