This is a new guest wing, added to one of the first homes in the Okauia area. It is North facing with large windows. Panoramic views of thoroughbred farmland and the Kaimai Mountain range surround. There are decks on both the East and West sides of the guest suite, where guests can sit and absorb the beauty and tranquility of the outdoors. Inside the room has been fitted with quality fixtures - a comfortable superking size bed and a luxurious double shower and a convenient modern kitchenette area. There is Sky TV, a DVD player with a set of Lord of the Rings and a smart TV with unlimited broadband for streaming. In winter it is beautifully sunny and warm. Perfect for a romantic treat or a get-away!
