Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Hà Nam

I decided to come to Vietnam to celebrate my birthday with my cousin. There was a cake with party hats and favors waiting upon my arrival. I thought that was sweet and kind.

I had a wonderful stay at this two-bedroom apartment in Ecopark, Hanoi. The space is beautifully furnished with modern, high-quality furniture, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The location in Ecopark is perfect peaceful, surrounded by greenery, and a refreshing escape from the busy city center. The neighborhood offers great amenities, including cafes, restaurants, and convenient stores, all within walking distance. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and ensured my stay was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Hanoi!

The first time to staycation right at Ecopark, the criteria are quiet, healing and comfortable as at home, Yen was satisfied. Ecopark apartment is easy to find, the host is very friendly and thoughtful, suggesting the whole restaurant and quality coffee shop in the area even though I go for 1 day, I can't explore it all. Clean and the bathroom furniture, full kitchen. There is a supermarket in the area, so there is no need to bring ingredients. Home has more boardgame available is always good kaka. The high floor balcony is chill and open, want to try working in the sky, it is also reasonable to bring the laptop out in the afternoon. Generally completely feel like home, will come back when needing to change the working space 👍

This is a good price and value apartment. The apartment is fully equipped with all amenities, washing machine with drying, with enough utensils for cooking, microwave. The bed is big, the mattress is good, the linens are clean, the apartment is clean and tidy, the vase is nice. Value for money. I would love to stay for 1 week. The surrounding scenery is amazing, many restaurants eat. It's right near the lake, quiet fresh. I experienced the mineral bath service, it was very nice. I had a trip to remember. I would love to come back soon with my family to stay here.

Staying in this two-level apartment was just magnificent! We were immediately pleased with the nice renovation and excellent preparation for the arrival — everything was shining, and the pleasant smell from the sachet created a cozy atmosphere. The host was very responsive and caring. The apartment had everything you needed and even more: snacks, coffee, tea. I liked the new TV with the ability to connect a laptop, as well as a set of towels, bathrobes and even feminine hygiene products — everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The apartment space is a miracle, very functional. The appliances included a hair dryer, an iron with a board, but especially — a washing machine with a built-in dryer. This place left the warmest impressions!

I had a fantastic stay at Quyen's beautifully furnished studio apartment! The place was impeccably clean, stylish, and comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. I really like the park and the lake just 2 steps from the apartment. Quyen was an exceptional host, providing great local recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed for an unforgettable experience. I will absolutely choose Quyen's house next time I come back to Hanoi. Highly recommend!

Ninh's place is really nice and cozy! She was always helpful and eager to help! We had to leave one night earlier and she offered to drive us to the station for free that was really nice 🥰 The internet is good for working too. We were also able to check-in early, which after a long night bus, was highly appreciated 🥺

I do not have words to describe what an awesome experience Thuan’s property is. It’s a small homestay (if you don’t know what that is, look it up.). Run mainly by family. EVERYONE was extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms were exactly as described, clean, comfortable, good A/C, and pool was delightful. Morning breakfasts were absolutely spot on. We walked in as guests, left as family. I absolutely recommend asking Thuan for his driver (his brother), in showing you the sights. Húu was a super friendly guy, very nice car, punctual, and probably was the best driver we have had in a foreign country. Also if you are lucky enough to have My along for excursions, she is a good translator, and knows the area well, and will get you through the crowds efficiently in the high tourist areas. There are plenty of things to explore nearby, but you do need a car or driver. The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking, and the grounds impeccable. You can see the family takes great pride.

Pros: 1. we reached early for check-in and the team was very accommodating. Since we were two couples, they helped us with one room to start with. 2. The staff was helpful in booking cabs and communicating for information. 3. They have mopeds available for a decent cost though not in the best of conditions 4. The staff is very friendly and responsive 5. The rooms were clean and justified for the amount paid. 6. The bungalow is close to Tam Coc boating and easier to commute.

Excellent place to stay, super clean and tidy, great location, friendly and responsive host, had everything we needed, the pillows and bed linen was so comfy. I would highly recommend staying here. 10/10

Was a great stay. The hosts are super friendly and provide bicycles and motorcycles very cheaply. The rooms are great and the location is great but in a quiet side street. Definitely recommend

Very nice apartment with a stunning view. The swan lake is very nice for a morning run. Betty was always helpful, even in the late evening.

Great place

the apartment is lovely. spacious clean low noise in surrounding apartments the view is beautiful.. I have no problem staying here there are shops restaurants all around.. read the contract as electricity you must pay for. the host responds quickly the apartment came with a free clean . there is a fry pan a pot glasses plates forks spoons cleaning products shower gel toothpaste and brushes if you forget your own. I'd book there again it is perfect for long term stay.

Wonderful stay for us 4 days 3 nights. It's like an oasis with food paradise right at the bottom of the building and different coffe houses, restaurants at the opposite side and around; gorgeous green jogging and walking area; convenient for parking. The host is super nice and fast, she can provide all related information you need. Appreciate that she let us use swimming cards for 3 for free. Worth your money!

Nice place in a great location. Nearby vegan restaurant was some of the best food we’ve ever had (and we’re not even vegetarian 😂). Many things to do nearby… movie theater, tennis/pickleball courts, restaurants, supermarkets and a lake all within walking distance. Really nice area with lots going on, full of life and community. Chung was a great host, always very quick to respond and helpful. Very safe as well. Definitely would recommend!

We stayed in this apartment for a month and were very happy here. If we were to come to Eco Park again, this would be our apartment of choice again. Pros: - Nice, friendly interior - Big, comfy couch and big living room area - Comfy beds - Nice, warm shower - Good kitchen table and kitchen with utensils - Comfy chairs - Good working desk in one of the bedrooms - Aircon /heater Cons: - If you're here during the colder months like January, as we were, it can get a little bit cold (if you don't have the heater on constantly). But that's the case in most other apartments too.

Ecopark itself is a fascinating concept – a self-sufficient city brimming with amenities and a focus on nature. I was captivated by the beautiful surroundings, especially the lake with its graceful swans providing a welcome dose of peaceful tranquility. The apartment itself was impeccably clean, surprisingly spacious, and remarkably quiet – a true haven for rest. The apartment exceptionally well-equipped for both short and long-term stays. However, the real star is Jun. He is a truly exceptional host. You can tell that he views Airbnb as an art form, and he has certainly mastered it. He was incredibly helpful, always quick to communicate, and consistently respectful of my privacy. His genuine care and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. In summary, I highly recommend this Airbnb apartment in Ecopark. From the serene environment and thoughtful amenities to the outstanding hospitality of Jun, this stay promises a relaxing and memorable experience.
