Despite the rural, quiet location, the center of Amsterdam is surprisingly close, as are the entertainment centers: Ziggo Dome, Johan Cruijff Arena and Afas Live. The Amsterdam metro can be reached within 15 minutes by bike, as well as several supermarkets, restaurants, and recreational areas.
