Apartment 1 with yard and perfect location

This more than 100 years old townhouse is located in the Haapsalu city center, on the main street. The location is perfect because it`s 500 m from Old Town where it is sometimes too noisy. The biggest shopping center is 100 m away and offers different shops and services, pub and a supermarket. House interior is basic, do not expect anything luxurious. The house has 350 m2 private garden and yard fits to park up to 3 cars. Playground with different kind of activities for children is nearby.

Selles ruumikas ja rahulikus II korruse korteris on olemas kõik esmavajalik, et tunda end koduselt. Vahetus läheduses asub mänguväljak koos korvpalliplatsiga ja tervisetee, kust on 10 min tee randa. Lähim pood, koos pagarikojaga, on paari minuti kaugusel ja avatud juba hommikul kell 8. Majal turvaline suletud parkla ja sisehoov kus vankrit või jalgratast hoida. A simple, almost ascetic, but properly equipped studio apartment for one or two peaceful and undemanding people in the center of Haapsalu: 26 m2 on 3rd floor. 2 separate sofa-beds (bed linen sets are in the cupboard). Green streetview at summertime, smart-TV, WiFi, kitchenette, fridge, plates, cups and wine glasses, toilet with small shower-cabin. The sink is in the kitchenette. Everything is near, not more than 1,5 km. Located a little away from the noise epicenter during events.

Tiiker apartment

Our house is located in Haapsalu old town. Tiiker Apartment is on second floor of our house. Apartment has private entry. House is over 110 year old, but has all modern conveniences. There are two bedrooms, living room with fully equipped kitchen, toilet with shower and a big balcony in the apartement. Bedroom nr 1 has 120cm wide bed. Bedroom nr 2 can be twin (2x80cm) or double (160cm). Baby cot and extra bed is also avaiable if needed. Coffee and tea is included in price.

Meie kortermajas on hetkel (suvi 2025) käimas trepikodade remont. Remont võib veidi raskendada trepikojas liikumist, aga korterisse sisse- ja väljapääs on garanteeritud.
