We, Joek and Joosje, have put together our cottage as we ourselves like to stay: warm, cozy and equipped with every comfort. A place where you can sit on the terrace after a walk, where children can play outside and where you can sit on the sofa in the evening with a glass of wine by the fireplace. Do you really want to end the day relaxed? Then you can step into the hot tub or warm up in the sauna.

Unwind at this serene, secluded escape. Our Steel House, elevated on stilts, offers privacy and a rare connection with nature. Relax in the sauna for a peaceful retreat. At its highest point over the water, a sitting area with a 360º wood stove keeps you cozy. Enjoy movie nights with a beamer and speaker for extra entertainment. Outside, a spacious wooden deck with a sun lounger, outdoor dining table, BBQ, pizza oven, and a stunning lake view awaits. For dog owners: the property is fenced😊

Garden house Deventer

Tucked away in a wild garden is this unique garden house, close to the historic center of Deventer. Sustainably built with recycled materials and tastefully decorated. Ideal for two people, with a sofa bed for a third person. The garden house has its own entrance and there is a lot of privacy. Through the oldest city park in the Netherlands, you cross the IJssel with the ferry and you are in the middle of the lively city center. Or walk around the corner into the floodplains.

On our property, on the Sallandse Heuvelrug, there is a residential house with a guesthouse diagonally behind it. The guesthouse (50 m2) has all the comforts. From the guesthouse, you overlook the beautifully landscaped garden (1 ha in size) and the countryside. You come here for peace and quiet and for the beautiful nature. For children, the garden is a true playground paradise. Haarle is located on the Sallandse Heuvelrug. You can hike and bike beautifully here.

Since July 2020, our guest house has been open for bookings: A renovated old barn, located on the grounds of our 1804 farm, located on 4.5 acres of grassland. Ideal for 1-4 people, a 5th guest is welcome. 2 double beds + 1 stretcher. On request: 1 cot and 1 travel bed. It is completely independent. The barn has been renovated while retaining original materials, trendy interior and amazing views of our garden. * Our garden can also be booked as a shoot location

The pool house is 500 m2 and features a 250 m2 terrace, two bedrooms, bathroom, sauna, steam sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, rain shower, professional sunbed, laundry facilities, kitchen, fridge, spacious living room, gas and charcoal grill.

Come and relax in "Wellness Huisje Heuvelrug" near the Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park. Here you can walk into the forest, or the heath, and there are countless routes for cycling and mountain biking in the immediate vicinity. As an extra luxury, we have a real infused sauna with infrared lamps and a very user-friendly hot tub on biofuel, to enjoy. There are no facilities in the park. Restaurants and supermarkets are just minutes away by car.

Forest Cabin Moss is a bright Scandinavian-style retreat for up to five guests (maximum four adults), with a sage-green kitchen, comfortable lounge and spacious woodland garden. With a bunk bed, forest setting and facilities at the neighbouring holiday park, Moss is a lovely choice for couples and families.
