Includes a balcony and 2 parking spaces. Close to the exit from the city and on to the beach road. At the exit of the building there is a bus stop, the apartment is close to the train. TV, wifi, air conditioner, micro, oven, gas stove,refrigerator, kettle, toaster, washer and dryer. The apartment is suitable for 6 people, there are 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds. Master bedroom with shower and the other 2 rooms with shared shower. The apartment on 6 floor overlooks the sea, at all hours of the day on a sunny and bright balcony.
