House holiday rentals in Haeundae-gu

The space is clean, and the bed arrangement and dining table size, etc. are great for a multi-person accommodation! It was so nice to have separate toilets for men and women. Also, it was a sea view + train view, so it was so pretty when I saw it during the day. Songjeong Beach is also close, and Haedong Yonggungsa is also a quick taxi ride away, so the location is good! I recommend it ~~

It was nice to see smooth communication and the same view as the photos. I think the outdoor bath on the rooftop will be a precious memory. The beam projector and LP you provided were also thoughtful, so I was able to have a good time. The bed was also comfortable to sleep in, and if you just keep it in good condition, I will always revisit.

Apart from the fact that there were many stairs at the entrance of the accommodation and the convenience store was a little far away The condition of the accommodation was so perfect. The accommodation itself was so comfortable and nice. I was able to use the jacuzzi according to the guide and enjoy it comfortably and emotionally. In particular, the host is so kind that I want to come again next time.

It was within walking distance of the subway, so it was easy to get around, and the accommodation facilities were clean and spacious! I stayed with four friends for two nights, and there was a comfortable bed and a heated pool on the spacious table, so I didn't envy the staycation. However, the shower room is equipped inside, but the bathroom was an unusual structure where you had to use the shared bathroom in the outside building, but if you are uncomfortable with the shared bathroom, you should consider this part. I felt like I was taking a break in a different space in the city center for a moment.

First of all, as soon as I entered the accommodation, the scent was so good!!! And the tableware looked like they were almost new, not old ones. And I liked that the interior was so good. The bed was comfortable, and it was convenient to do separate collection in the building!! It was easy to walk to Nampo-dong, and it was so nice in many ways!! I think I'll come again next time, haha!!

It was a trip with my in-laws and their child. The condition of the accommodation was better than I was worried about, so everyone was satisfied. The view and indoor environment are the same as the photos or description. It wasn't much, but the children's tableware prepared in the kitchen, and the simple chair that could be used as a foothold for children in the bathroom... They were very grateful things for parents traveling with children. There was plenty of coffee, tea utensils, and tableware, plenty of towels in the bathroom, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were prepared, so it was convenient enough that I didn't have to bring them separately. The bed! It was in good condition. It was a simple bed, but it wasn't too hard or too fluffy. There was a spa nearby, so I went in the morning, but I don't think there's anything like a spa to relieve travel fatigue (the price is a bit expensive) There is an e-mart 24 convenience store about a 3-minute walk away, and a wide variety of products are available. It was nice to have a trail to the moonlit road. Crazy? The ramp... It's very athletic. The host always responds quickly and is very friendly. There were two lengths to get to the accommodation.. One was a gentle length on one steep road.You need to follow the host's instructions.

The photos, the actual space, the atmosphere, and the cleanliness all matched, and they kindly informed us of the instructions before and after check-in. The living room and kitchen were also clean and spacious enough for many people to stay and were well maintained. I rested comfortably in a good space before leaving.

This place is beautiful with beautiful views. It’s high up so be prepared to walk steep hills and many stairs but the view is worth it. There is a very nice cafe about a block up called Paros. Also the host was amazing. We messaged him to help us with our food delivery and he got our order perfect. We just paid the driver when he showed up. I also had issues getting taxis because we are a group of 7. Our host was so gracious and helped us get a taxi but he himself came to take our luggage and a couple of us to Busan station. Very wonderful host. Definitely peaceful area too.

It is convenient to access Songjeong Beach while staying in Songjeong Housing. The advantage is that the surroundings are quiet and you can rest. The accommodation was well-maintained and clean, as shown in the photos, so I was able to rest comfortably. The host responded quickly and kindly, which is a strong point. I recommend it.

The host is very kind and lovely and the responses are always quick and accurate. Walking to the beach or shopping is close (in more than 10 minutes) The room is very clean and the things are complete, this time with elders to stay and they are all very satisfied! I stayed with my parents for a day, and overall, it was a satisfactory accommodation. It was a place where I could enjoy myself😚 emotionally and quietly, so I had a good time:)

The place was great for 7 people! My friends visited Busan for the first time from Canada and we were very comfortable in this airbnb. We stayed for 5 nights and were able to cook and order in with no issues. The place was walkable to many good restaurants, gwangalli beach, and the Gwangan station! When we had a question, Eunyang was very responsive and kind! Would stay here again on our next visit to Busan!

Alex’s place was extremely clean, they even provided toiletries and cartoon style maps with local restaurant recommendations and day trip guide. Alex was super helpful and responsive. The Airbnb is located right above a cafe, food street. Lots to eat and explore. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Busan.

The bedroom was so comfortable and spacious, and it was nice to have a washing machine, dryer, and computer, so it was so nice to be able to do urgent business!! It was spacious, clean, and there was nothing missing, and the sea was close, so I wanted to come again if I come to Busan!! The only thing that was disappointing was that I wished the fire was a little brighter, but it was soooo good!!

Judy is a very enthusiastic and friendly host. Even before we arrived, she had already given us lots of recommendations, such as restaurants and cafes. This was super helpful for us since we didn’t have much of a plan for our trip! Whenever we didn’t know what to eat, we would just open Judy’s recommendation list 😂😂 Whenever we had any issues with the accommodation, Judy replied to our messages really quickly. For example, when we couldn’t turn on the TV, she was incredibly helpful—she sent us lots of instructions, including tutorial videos, and even said she could come over to help if we still couldn’t get it to work. We’ve never seen such a proactive host before!!
