We have a detached guesthouse in the back of our property, 50 meters behind our house and our private tennis court. Perfect location for visiting Utrecht and Amsterdam (10 and 40 minutes by train, and station is within walking distance). Also ideal for cycling and hiking tours because we are at the National Park “Utrechtse Heuvelrug”. The rental is incl. max. 2 hours (per day) use of our tennis court. Please indicate in advance if you want to play tennis. Bicycles can be safely stored here.

This 60 m2 apartment is ideal for couples on an Europe trip, it's a true home-away-from-home. And it's the perfect spot to explore the city of Utrecht from. Besides this it's also a perfect apartment for couples on a working holiday, because of the two separate work places, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. There's a strong wifi signal in both spaces, which makes video call's possible. This modern design apartment in a centuries old building (anno 1584) is in the centre of Utrecht.

Water-Meadow cottage in central Holland 2-4P

The cottage is a renovated barn in the back, overlooking the meadows in the beautiful area of Schoonrewoerd. The 1 bedroom cottage is fully equiped , Kitchen, Bathroom and a 2nd toilet. It is 60 sq/m big and can host up to 4 people. Ideally 2 adults & 2 children, but 4 adults is possible (for a few days) but it might be a bit crowdy. You can enjoy your own private garden near the water, you will have easy and private access to the cottage via the right side of our farmhouse.

On the outskirts of the city but so quiet in the middle of the meadows, you are welcome in our AirBNB on the quay... From the window of the upper floor of the renovated barn, which is located next to our farm, you look at the Cabauwse mill and if you are lucky breed the stork across the street. Aan de Kaai is located in (Cabauw/Lopik) on the border of Utrecht province and South Holland. In the middle of the Green Heart of the Utrecht Values and the Shrinkage Value

Gastsuite B&B 't Wilgenroosje

An atmospheric suite with a free entrance, where the hayloft was once of this 1878 farmhouse. The guesthouse has one bedroom with a double bed, a seat and a beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding greenery. There is no cooking facility, but dining and takeaway options nearby. Suitable for two adults.
