Close to skating, several cross-country skiing facilities and 25-30 minutes from Romme Alpin, a very good slalom facility. Central and close to everything! 500 meters to swimming area/ice rink in winter The forest around the house and about 1 km to the city center where there are train connections. Quiet area and good neighbors. There's space for 2 cars in the driveway and one in the carport.

Ett mycket trevligt boende med sjötomt och strand i ett fantastiskt läge. Invändigt finns det en stor yta som kombinerar kök med vardagsrum innehållande en mysig kamin. Två sovrum och ett badrum. Ej tvättmaskin. Plats för sex personer då soffan är en bäddsoffa. Vattnet ej drickbart men diskbart. Det finns en fylld 10-literdunk vid ankomst som kan fyllas på inne i byns lokala ICA-affär. Lillstuga med ytterligare fyra sovplatser, mot extra avgift. Roddbåt och kanot finns nere på stranden.

Det finns en lillstuga under sommartid med 2 bäddar som kan hyras mot en avgift på 350 kr/dygn. Städning mot avgift. Sängkläder/handdukar mot avgift. Stugan har stor veranda med fantastisk sjöutsikt. Cross-country skiing in Norberg (30 min), Smedjebacken (10 min) and Ljungåsen (45 min). Alpine skiing Uvbergsbacken in Smedjebacken and 45 minutes to Romme Alpin. In summer, there are many lakes for swimming, fishing and paddling. There are nice gravel roads and trails for mountain biking.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.
