I had such a great time staying here! The place is tucked right above a Laundry shop, so I almost missed it at first, but the host was already waiting and came out to greet me as soon as I reached out. She was incredibly welcoming and took time to walk me through everything in the room. The space itself is a bit smaller than I thought, but it’s really clean, well-organized, and the balcony has a charming view of the street. The neighborhood is lively and walkable with plenty of local spots to explore. Would absolutely recommend!

This time I recommended Béo’s place to a friend and booked it for him and his partner. It was even better than the time I stayed here. The host was super friendly and responsive. She helped them a lot for their first time in Hanoi. The place was top-knotch. Highly recommend to everyone travelling to Hanoi. You wont be disappointed!

Phuong Anh is a lovely and responsive host, we were offered cleaning service as we stayed for two whole weeks, also whenever we had any questions they were responded to promptly. The place itself is really clean and for us was perfect for the price we paid. It’s also very easy to get grabs from the street outside, there’s also many very nice cafes and milk tea places that are open late. The only comment I would have if you are a light sleeper consider earplugs, Vietnamese people are very hard working and start work much earlier than perhaps we are used to so you may find it helpful to have them! This is not an issue with the Airbnb but you should consider this in order to adapt to the lifestyle of locals :) I recommend 100% stay here for either a short or long stay!

The location is within walking distance or a short Grab ride of Hoan Kiem Lake. The apartment is spacious, well appointed with everything you need for an overnight or extended stay. Hannah is a very gracious host and always available to help. I would happily stay there again if I'm in Hanoi.

We really appreciated that the host allowed us to check in early—it made a big difference after a long journey, giving us a chance to freshen up and rest. It was a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for a comfortable stay.

Place is really nice, probably I’ve had the easiest checkin ever :) Location is convenient ( you have a shopping centre, couple of cafes nearby ) and a famous train street in walk distance as well! *just be ready to walk up and down stairs a lot :) and don’t forget to checkout the rooftop

Spacious room, nice bed, very comfortable 💯.

Fantastic stay with super friendly staff and responsive host. The best part about it was that couch and pillows linens had just been recently cleaned, which adds to the great cleaning job done. Bed is comfortable with a nice thick sheet and good Air conditioning unit. Keep in mind there is no elavtor so you will have to carry luggage up 3 or 4 floors.

my second stay at Hoang's place within a month. just as lovely as the first time. would definitely recommend this listing to anyone visiting hanoi, and would definitely stay here again if possible on my next visit

We had a great stay at Dzung’s place. The location was unbeatable—right in the city center, close to everything we needed, from restaurants and cafes to local attractions. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Dzung was an excellent host: very responsive, thoughtful, and quick to help when we needed anything. We really appreciated his support during our stay. Overall, we liked everything and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Everything was great

Thein was a good host and responsive. Place is bright, clean and neat, it’s easy to find. Easy to walk to old quarters, Hoan Kiem lake.Many restaurants around the place. There was round the clock security. We checked in late at around 2:00am and didn’t have any difficulty. Tour operators prefer this place to pick you up for day tours. The only drawback was the flight of stairs to reach the reception area. Had to carry our luggage to the first floor. We were put up on the 6th floor which had an elevator. We like the place so extended our stay for another 3 days, Thein offered us a 15% discount, unfortunately we were given the 7th floor which didn’t have the elevator, had to carry our heavy luggage. I recommend this place for friends and family to stay.

I am very happy with my stay at Nong Lee’s house. He is extremely friendly and responds very quickly. The flat is clean, and the location is very convenient for shopping and enjoying gourmet food. We will definitely stay at his flat again when we visit Hanoi.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything was even better and than what I had seen in the photos. The location is fantastic—right in a quiet, calm street, yet very convenient (park, lakes, good coffee and food shops in walking distance) At first, I was a bit hesitant because the price was higher than average, but after experiencing it, I can say it was absolutely worth it. The service was top-notch, and the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. What stood out the most was how spotless and new everything was. The interior design and facilities were of the highest quality, giving the entire apartment a luxurious 5-star feel. If you’re looking for a place with great service, a perfect location, and exceptional comfort, this is the one! Highly recommended!

The place was really good with all amenities in working conditions and the rooms were also neat and clean when we arrived. The place is located in one of the best places of Hanoi. I would like to book it again , if I visit Hanoi in future!
