Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Hai Bà Trưng District

My family and I were very pleased with our stay here. We had traveled through Vietnam and had stayed in other place and they were not as comfortable as this place. The air conditioning was perfect and it was quiet while we slept. We were walking distance from most of the places we wanted to go, and the Opera House. There is an awesome Bun Cha place around the corner along with Bia Hài Xôm where they sell keg beer. An indoor market and bank is walking distance. Also, there is awesome Hot Pot just down the street. We felt very safe here too, the lobby door locks behind you so you need a key to get in. Hoang Giang and Yassin always answered if we had a question. They were awesome hosts. We had an unfortunate incident, we lost our wallet. We felt that Hoang Giang and Yassin would’ve helped us in anyway we needed. They respected our privacy which made us feel even more comfortable. We are planning another trip back to Vietnam and we hope to stay here if their place available. Thank you

From the moment I booked, Brian provided meticulous guidance through a chat group, including detailed instructions, videos, and local tips. This thoughtful preparation made me feel comfortable and familiar with the property even before I arrived. The peaceful, conveniently located apartment exceeded my expectations. It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully stocked with essentials. Brian's superhost skills shone through in his instant assistance, whether it was providing a poncho during heavy rain or helping me find an electric shop for a universal converter. He even assisted with translating food ingredients when Google Translate wasn't enough! The daily cleaning, elevator, and laundry facilities added to the comfort and convenience. The property's location was perfect, surrounded by useful businesses and leisure spots, including grocery stores, coffee shops, bakeries, and more. Brian's kindness, and availability made my stay truly special.

Thein was a good host and responsive. Place is bright, clean and neat, it’s easy to find. Easy to walk to old quarters, Hoan Kiem lake.Many restaurants around the place. There was round the clock security. We checked in late at around 2:00am and didn’t have any difficulty. Tour operators prefer this place to pick you up for day tours. The only drawback was the flight of stairs to reach the reception area. Had to carry our luggage to the first floor. We were put up on the 6th floor which had an elevator. We like the place so extended our stay for another 3 days, Thein offered us a 15% discount, unfortunately we were given the 7th floor which didn’t have the elevator, had to carry our heavy luggage. I recommend this place for friends and family to stay.

I am a writer. I've been on the road around the world for 9 months. This is the best place I've stayed. Heads up, Digital Nomads. The office area is superb. Well lit during the day with natural lighting from the balcony off the office area, which provides a breeze, and no-glare light at night. Like hot showers? Tepid water that lasts 3 minutes has been my big beef while traveling. Plenty of storage for my mountain of photographic gear. Perfect location. A washer AND a dryer! Chau, Chin's wife, doesn't speak much English, but she communicated with treats she brought me from time to time and pats on the back. Chin An spent was the director of some of the largest hotels in Vietnam. Take a moment when you come to look at his awards. He drove the project to create the first environmentally healthy hotel in the chain. Both have a great sense of humor. When their friends come, I can hear them laughing downstairs. Happiness matters a lot in an environment. Great place to work, lovely people.

Thanks Joy and Hannah, Hannah made check in a breeze and checked after a few days that all was OK. Condo is really comfortable and felt like home immediately. It is located in a local area so away from the usual tourist things, but only a 7 minute Uber away if you want to visit. The swimming pool is very pricey and not great - but Joy & Hannah have no control over that, everything else was GREAT. You will have a great holiday if you stay here., I did.

We were very pleased with our stay here. We've used many homestays in Vietnam, and this has been the best. It's in a great location, close enough to the old quarter, but also offers plenty of shops and food just around the block. The place was clean, and Binh was very responsive when we needed anything. We ended up extending our stay 1 week, and Binh was very accommodating.

I had an amazing stay at Chinh’s place. The room is well-equipped & cozy. It is walkable to Vincom and other famous sites in Ha Noi. The host is responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay at this place again if I come back to Ha Noi. Thank you.

I appreciated the neighborhood and the ability to go through day to day life without the pressure of tourist based businesses around me. Old quarter is a comfortable walk up the road if you want that experience, maybe ten minutes to the south side of lake Hoàn Kiếm.

The house is in a central location next to the Opera House, Hoan Kiem Lake. We have 5 people staying in a very large apartment, fully equipped. Binh gave very helpful advice on sightseeing spots and restaurants. I will introduce friends and come back here every time I visit Hanoi. Experience Binh's apartments. Thank you and see you again ❤️

A great place where each apartment is able to be secured, we rented all 4 apartments and bonus of having the pool on the rooftop. Amazing to have local Markets around the corner and plenty of restaurants. Shame our flight was delayed 6 hours so did not get to spend much time there.

very good price for that flat. We slept in 3 different places and this one was best. owner is super kind and respond quickly ☺️ location is really good, a lot of amazing Vietnam food nearby. 15 minutes walk to lake ☺️

Lovely place. The staff at the building were all very nice and considerate. I'd choose this place over newer apartments without room service and concierge service any day. The serenity is also hard to find in Hanoi.

We are a family of 4 and stayed in mid June 2025. The 2 bedroom/2 bath condo was very spacious and clean. It has A/C in every room and a washer/dryer which is a huge plus. The area is very safe and within 1 block of many local restaurants and cafes. BTW, there is a security guard 24/7 at the entrance. A Grab car ride to the Hanoi old quarter or Hoan Kiem Lake is a 4-5 min drive away (20-25,000 VND) or about 15-18 min walk if you want to check out the surrounding neighborhoods. We will stay here again in the future.

TPlace’s location is ideal walking distance to the French Quarter and Old Quarter, with 24/7 security and basic amenities (fridge, TV, washer). The apartment was tastefully furnished and clean, though I expected a more upscale space based on the photos. It mentions that the apartment is next to the Ritz-Carlton indicating that the hotel exists but there was no Ritz-Carlton, at least at the point of my 9-day stay. Small drawbacks kept it from perfect (e.g., street noises all day/night, small, better bedsheets as mine was terribly used, hand towels, no Netflix subscription to English movies, small fixes). Otherwise, the apartment, although small, was ideal for me and my partner as we each got our own rooms.

What a fantastic place to stay! Chau was the perfect host and was prepared to do whatever necessary to make our stay a breeze. We loved the location, close enough to everything but far enough away to get some quiet time. Apartment also has a washing machine which was great. Thanks again for a wonderful experience x

So sad to leave I WISH I could stay forever. Firstly the hosts are AMAZING they provided super good recommendation the bun cha around the corner seriously is one of the best I’ve had in the city. The house is also surrounded by cute cafes with great drinks. But if you are lucky and the host family are in they will invite you for coffee upstairs their coffee machine is amazing. Another great feature of the house is the toilet. It’s JAPANESE I was finding excuses to sit on that thing and press all the buttons, the drying feature is CRAZYYYY, like a warm hug :))) I would HEAVILY recommend this place anyone who wants a great local experience of Hanoi the hosts are so welcoming and have lived in Hanoi forever, true locals with all the insider tips and tricks!! You won’t regret a stay here.

I came to study abroad in Hanoi, so I only stayed for a month. When I first checked in, the refrigerator and microwave didn't work and weren't very tidy, but when I contacted the host, they fixed it quickly. After that, you were quick to support us when we had a problem or need something. What I loved about this place is that the surroundings and infrastructure are very good. It was really nice to be close to various restaurants, trails, cafes, and Vincom Mega Mall, and it was safe to take a walk until late. It was also close to major tourist attractions in Hanoi such as Hoan Kiem. Thank you for the good memories in Hanoi, and I hope I have the opportunity to visit again next time.

I had an amazing stay at this serviced apartment. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I had a great night's sleep on the extremely comfortable bed. The location was also convenient, close to attractions and easily accessible to transportation options.
