A few minutes pleasant walk through narrow streets, between low houses, old stone houses, between pycos and high elliptos will lead you to Bat Galim beach with the breakwater of the bathers and swimmers from one side and the wavy area on the other for windsurfers. Coming up the beach, you can walk, run or bike along the Bat Galim promenade to the end of Dedo Beach, about 10 km away, with your right the sea and on your left at the Carmel Mountain! In the Bat Galim apartment area, cafes and restaurants, a cable car leading to the monastery of Stella Marris and a nearby train station.

There are plenty of outdoor activities (beach volleyball,a skating , surfing, dancing and more). minutes by bus to the Haifa harbour and lower city, iconic Talpiot market and wadi salib flee market. Buses run on fridays and saturdays.
