Nagasaki Sakashuku is a project to carefully renovate vacant houses on slopes in Nagasaki into shops and accommodations. It is a 5-minute walk from the Nagasaki Electric Railway "Kofukuji" stop. We renovated a row house built before the war along the old Mogi Highway. 10-minute walk to Shikanbashi, the downtown area of Nagasaki. It is a 15-minute walk to the tourist street, and it is relatively conveniently located close to the city, while you can also experience the cityscape that is typical of Nagasaki. Meganebashi, Chinatown, and Dejima are within walking distance. The building is located along the historic Mogi Highway, and can be reached by going up a hill from Shofukuji Station, past Shokakuji Temple, the site of Takashima's former residence, and Hakusan Shrine. The renovation has been modernized, including the kitchen, toilet, bathroom, and washroom, while taking advantage of the pillars and beams of the time. There is a coin parking lot nearby. Please feel the beautiful sea of Sasebo up close. There are many restaurants around the house, such as a delicious Champon shop, sushi shop, Izakaya, and a ramen shop with long lines. There is also a large supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, so you can buy local ingredients and relax at the accommodation. If you get tired of walking around Huis Ten Bosch, enjoy the local delicacies, relax in the bath at the accommodation, and enjoy your stay in Sasebo. It is a one-day limited set of accommodation that can rent a Japanese modern & luxurious newly built house with an open-air bath overlooking Seto in Hayaki. We also offer Omura Bay cruising tours on private cruises departing from Huis Ten Bosch Marina, and sup experience tours on Kujukushima.(Optional fees apply.) Please feel close to the beautiful sea of Sasebo. There are plenty of delicious champon shops, sushi shops, taverns, and ramen shops where you can line up. There is also a large supermarket 5 minutes on foot, so you can also buy local ingredients and enjoy them at the inn. Hostel on a hill overlooking Sasebo Port. Enjoy the view of Sasebo from the terrace. It is very quiet at night and you can enjoy the starry sky and the night view of Sasebo.
