Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Haines City

The home was nice and very comfortable. The house was clean except for the carpet on the stairs. However, that's a high traffic area and probably difficult to keep clean. It wasn't an issue for us as we only walked on the stairs. The AC needs to be kept no lower than 74 degrees which was an issue for my family as they are hot natured. The layout of the house was great, and the pool was nice and clean. The parking was challenging due to the neighbors parking in front of the driveway. We notified Enma so that she could address that issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home!

Robert and Jocelyn are great hosts. They have put a lot of thought and effort into making guests feel comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and will return without any hesitation.

This is such an interesting and unique home! We absolutely loved our stay and the kids thought the elevator and spiral staircase were such fun parts of our vacation home. It is SO conveniently located for Legoland, the mornings were a breeze. Plus Nutzy has many thoughtful touches throughout the place!

Jeff’s home was so beautiful and very well put together that the kids did not want to leave the Airbnb. We had to encourage them to get out and experience other things because there was so much to do at the Airbnb. My family and I felt right at home. Jeffrey himself was an awesome host. He stayed in constant communication with us. The pictures alone does not describe how beautiful the home is. My family and I will definitely be visiting again. Thanks for everything.

Michel's villa in Haines City is amazing. We had been let down by a booking at another AirBnB which didn't match up to the photos and fortunately Michel's place was available for us to book instead. We were so relieved to discover that the pictures of Michel's place were accurate and perhaps didn't do it justice for how beautiful the place actually is. The villa is beautifully presented and equipped, everything is in working order and we had everything we needed. The villa is on a gated community alongside a golf course. The process for gaining access to the neighbourhood at the security barriers was quick and easy. There is a large Walmart nearby which was ideal for buying any supplies we needed during our stay. There are also plenty of restaurants/takeaway options in the area such as Manny's Chophouse and Floridinos. Overall we would rate the stay as 10/10 and we would consider staying here again. Last minute reservation was handled quickly and very much appreciated. Condo was very clean and cute. Wish we were there more for a vacation rather than running from a hurricane. Only negative is we could have used more bath towels.

I had an excellent stay! My family and I stayed 20 days and everything was very good. The place is exactly as in the photos — clean, organized, new furniture and very welcoming. The convenience is great! The host was super attentive and helpful, always available for questions. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to everyone!

Every room was impeccable—clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The Tuscany Resort amenities were truly a dream. From the serene pool area to the quiet, well-kept surroundings, everything added to the perfect vacation vibe. Denisse was a fantastic host—responsive, thoughtful, and made the whole experience seamless. We’re already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!

Me and my family had a wonderfull time at J’s house, everything was pretty much clean, we enjoyed it alot!! Defenetly would stay again!!

Ana was always super responsive, and incredibly flexible and helpful with the apartment's vehicle registration when my flight was delayed past the front office being closed.

Our family had a great stay! Close to Disney and suited our family well. Many restaurants and a Publix super close by. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

I enjoyed my stay here so much. The apartment was so cute and cozy, super clean and spacious. It is in a gated property so itself safe and overall a great location. If and when I am back in town, I will definitely stay here again.
