Absolutely one of the best stays I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home – like part of a Thai family. The hosts were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and welcoming. The communication was fast, easy, and always warm. The owner would even stop by with fresh fruit or little surprises, making every day feel special. I left not just as a guest, but as a friend – and I would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for creating such a beautiful, heartfelt place.

Lieu encore plus beau que sur les photos. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Je recommande fortement le petit déjeuner (payant) qui est vraiment excellent tout comme le pad thaï servi au restaurant ! Nous avons eu le droit à des serviettes en plus. C’est un détail mais ce sont des petites choses qui rendent un séjour encore plus agréable. Un très léger bémol (dont nous avions connaissance avant la réservation), le lieu est légèrement excentré. Nous avons loué un scooter que l’on a pu laisser sur le parking du lieu.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, and communication with Ton was clear and helpful throughout. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. Not necessary but It would be even better if a weight scale was available, as it’s helpful for foreign travelers who often need to check baggage weight before flying. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Great spot to stay for a few days, super private and quiet, tucked away in a small alley off the main road, great bed, shower, AC, patio... and a great host!

Great one bedroom condo in Chiang Mai—very clean, comfortable, and well set up. The host, John, was incredibly responsive, helpful, and also very understanding when I had a small accident in the unit. Truly appreciated the kindness and communication. Building has excellent shared amenities including a rooftop pool, gym and small sauna. Highly recommend! 🙌🇹🇭

The place is so clean and cozy, especially the rooftop pool is gorgeous! So far it is the best place I’ve stayed in Chiang Mai! Really enjoyed the entire experience and really appreciate the help from the host. Anyone seeking accommodation in Chiang Mai should consider this place, it is absolutely awesome!

This is my second stay with Gaew. I had an amazing stay last time. This time I stayed at Gaew’s new listing - when it still had no review - because I’m so confident that my stay would be pleasant and I was right. This new room is spotlessly clean and aesthetically designed in Japanese style. Gaew is as welcoming, friendly and responsive as usual. I love the location too - it’s in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood yet it’s not far from the popular places like the old town and Nimman. Most importantly as a solo female traveller I feel very safe. The neighborhood itself is worth exploring with local food (eg the grilled pork store open in the morning with a few steps away from the apartment) and the cute cafes. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Next time if I am back in Chiangmai (which I certainly will), I will definitely book Gaew’s room again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and well-hosted stay!

This is our second time here and Yumi and Geoff are as nice as ever! They have a cute cat Misty that will visit and wait on the door. The place is really nice and spacious and has a nice outdoor area. Looking forward to staying here again!

Tout était parfait ! L’un des meilleurs Airbnb que j’ai connu. Le logement était très propre et confortable. j’ai beaucoup aimé l’emplacement avec des restaurants locaux juste en bas, des bons salons de massages, le night market à 5-10 min à pied. Je recommande à 100% !!

Better than the pictures. Wonderful place closes enough to everything you want to do, but far away enough that is quiet and peaceful when you want to be home. Cari’s was also very helpful with the booking. I made a mistake with my original booking and she helped me fix my booking mistake right away and very easily. Saved me a good amount of money, which other host haven’t done in the pass. Absolutely recommend this place. Is definitely a place I will return to.

We have stayed in a few different hotels/ home stays in SE Asia and this was by far the best one! In terms of value for money you won’t beat it. The rooftop pool, gym, sauna, steam room and the apartment itself really exceeded our expectations. Great area, not too far from the Old town. Highly highly recommend 😁.

Had a lovely stay at Cindy’s condo. It was nice and spacious, and even had a washing machine which was very handy. The highlight for us was the gym on the top floor - we used it every day. Nice to come back to such good aircon after walking around the city.

The apartment is compact but very well organized in terms of space. There's a desk in the bedroom where you can comfortably work with a laptop. The internet was stable and sufficient for two people working remotely. The kitchen is convenient and equipped with everything you need. I can confidently recommend this place if you're traveling alone or as a couple. As mentioned in other reviews, there's a large shopping mall right across the street. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn't hear any noise from planes landing or taking off.

Miss. Natasa’s unit is clean and tidy. Located in the city center I will stay again in my next visit for sure.

I love this condo complex. While I have stayed here before, it was my first time staying at Ing's and it didn't disappoint. She was very communicative and helpful. The place is gorgeous with an amazing view, the amenities are top notch and convenient. Also close to the night market and 7-elevens in both directions with a short walking distance. Exceeded my expectations and well worth the price. I would definitely stay here again! I hope she will have me in the future! 5 stars across the board!

The apartment at the Astra Condo was so great. We felt so incredibly comfortable. Check-in was super easy, the apartment was modern, very clean and fully equipped. The location is ideal for quickly reaching everything. Arthit is super kind and communication was always easy and courteous. We would have loved to stay much longer.
