Our entire private Japanese house in the quiet temple town of Nomachi, Kanazawa. Walk to Ninja Temple (4 min), Nishi Chaya geisha district (6 min) and Katamachi nightlife (10 min) - yet quiet at night. A roomy 76 sq m, great for families and small groups. Two bedrooms (Western + Japanese), beds and futons, sleeps 6. A child's high chair and stair-top baby gate are available on request. Free parking (1 car). About 20 min by bus to Kanazawa Station; nearest stop a 3-min walk.

This is a Taisho-era Japanese house, with its shop, living space, and storehouse renovated as a guesthouse. The storehouse is now a small sake bar. We offer a complimentary sake tasting, or tea and sweets. Some original items remain. Local people also visit the bar on weekends, so it is not private to guests. Two major shrines are within walking distance. Tsurugi and Nomachi Stations are about 30 minutes apart. Kanazawa Station is 40–50 minutes from Tsurugi, with a transfer.
