The Grand Sand Beach House is located at the top of Cape Vainupea. In stormy weather, there is a wave against the house. Big sand beach is located next to the house. The Big Sand Beach House is a place where you don't have to do anything. It's good to just be here, enjoy the sea and nature and become a better person. There is a billion view of the Baltic Sea from all the windows of the house. With nice weather, it's beautiful to be everywhere. You don't have to be afraid of ugly weather in a big sand beach house. The stronger the storm, the cooler the experience and all the time of year.

For the first time this year, you'll have the opportunity to take a break in this unique and family-friendly place. Residential house with kitchen, living room and bedroom. Sauna house with bedroom on second floor and sleeping nook on first floor. As well as a small playhouse for children. Fire pit and BBQ pit available in the yard. The toilet is located outside as a separate dry toilet. Padel and tennis courts are right next door - go and play, after relax in the sauna. 50m away restaurant Kaspervik. Käsmu hiking trails and beach 50-200m.

The house is located in a quiet and beautiful beach village of Vergi, just 200 metres from a sandy beach. The large 3000 m2 plot has plenty of space for children as well as pets to run and play. The house has 4 bedrooms, three of which have a 2-person bed and one bunk bed, plus 1 crib. In the cabin is a sauna and a washer, as well as a fully furnished and equipped kitchen. Neighbors are peaceful and very nice family people, so we don't rent out the house for parties. Happy tranquil gatherings are allowed :)

We had a fantastic time celebrating our first joint Estonian - British family Christmas here. The house is lovely and set in gorgeous surroundings, it is spacious, has all the modern comforts and is bursting with character. There’s an abundance of activities you can do in the forest surrounding the house (e.g. hiking, skiing, sledding) and it’s really just a great place for some fresh air and R&R. The authentic wood sauna is a ‘must’! The host of very attentive, and welcoming; she had many great recommendations for outdoor activities. Honestly could not recommend this place highly enough - we will be back!

Bita's place is in a very nice location, remote, but not far from the sea (30 minute walk). It was very nice spring time and we really enjoyed the peace of the location very close to the nature. The house is a good combination of old and new and we also enjoyed the sauna option in the little house next door. Bita has been extremely responsive and helpful due to numerous issues we were facing. I would recommend for the future to have some guidelines (FAQ) in the house in order to avoid to contact the host (Bita) when there is a small issue. I sometimes felt already a bit embarrassed because we could not figure out how to operate the sauna or the dishwasher or what to do when we suddenly had an electricity outage. Luckily Bita helped us in each of the situations. She was really helpful!

We stayed at this place with our family of four. It’s spacious and cozy and has a beautiful decor. The kitchen was very well equipped, which was impressive as we love to cook. We made bbq, went to the sauna, kids got to play in the hand made wooden pirate ship, which had so many hiding spots for them to discover. We had a walk on the beach and in the forest. We also visited a pizza restaurant nearby at Hara port. We got to feed the sheep and visit ducks and chickens. This really is a dream location and I think it would also be an amazing place to visit in winter. Thank you so much for your hospitality and care. We will definitely come back!
