Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Halkidiki

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dem Haus von Electra und ihrer Mutter verbracht. Der Empfang sowie der Kontakt insgesamt war sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und lösungsorientiert. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist grandios. Unfertige Gebäude in der Nähe haben uns dabei gar nicht gestört. Der Naturstrand bietet lauschige Plätzchen und viel Ruhe für die Erholung. Die Schlafräume scheinen frisch renoviert zu sein und sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, so dass man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an euch beide.

Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!! Η βίλα ήταν όπως τις φωτογραφίες,όλα ήταν πεντακάθαρα,η τοποθεσία ιδανική για ξεκούραση,η θάλασσα δίπλα με τα πόδια! Οι οικοδεσπότες παρά πολύ ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν σε ότι απορία είχαμε!! Είναι ιδανικο και για οικογένειες αλλά και για ζευγάρια!!

We had a lovely experience overall. The interior was nice and cozy, making it a comfortable retreat. The spacious bathroom was a definite plus, and we found everything we needed for a pleasant stay. One of the highlights was the outdoor area; the views were absolutely beautiful and really enhanced our time there. However, we did encounter some noise from construction happening in the same building, which could be a bit annoying at times. Despite the noise, we would definitely recommend Pantheon for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with stunning scenery. I’m looking forward to visiting again!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Olena sehr genossen. Das Haus war in einem sehr ordentlichen und sauberen Zustand und es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie hat auch frisches Obst, Wasser und andere Aufmerksamkeiten bereitgestellt. Olena hat uns sehr gute Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben. Sie war immer zu erreichen. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

The house is clean, beautiful and comfortable. It is in a perfect location with a wonderful view of the sea. The beach is very close. There is a large yard and parking spaces. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Our vacation was wonderful

What a great house! We stayed for 8 days with our two children aged 4 and 6. The house was lovely and clean with lots of space, including air con in two bedrooms and the main living area and fans in the others. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of space to cook if required and outdoor gas BBQ is a bonus. The villa is in a quiet area in a complex of just 10 villas with a large shared pool with splash pool on the side, we all appreciated the use of it during a hot august stay. The views from the house over the sea and peninsula from the roof terrace and large outdoor dining area are stunning. If you are going to sit out in the evening bring mosquito repellent as the gardens attract them, it’s not a reflection on the house just part of life in this region. The location is also great with a supermarket at the bottom of a short hill and central Hanioti a 15 minute walk. Would thoroughly recommend and book again

Great home for our family of 8. Sani beach and restaurants in the resort were amazing!

Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

The location is good. We walked to the beach. There are several beach bars nearby as well as two restaurants within 10 minutes. The host is very friendly

Perfection in everyway

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit gepflegtem Garten und Pool, der jeden Tag gereinigt wurde. Es entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Das Haus ist sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat zur Begrüßung Obst und Wasser bereit gestellt. Obwohl er kein English spricht und wir leider kein Griechisch, klappte die Kommunikation problemlos und auf Anfragen reagierte er sofort. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da keine Läden oder Restaurants fussläufig zu erreichen sind. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl geführt und können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen unglaublichen Aufenthalt in dieser Villa in Griechenland! Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, fühlten wir uns herzlich willkommen und rundum wohl. Die Gastfreundschaft von Pantelis und die vielen liebevollen Details haben unseren Urlaub wirklich unvergesslich gemacht. Die Villa selbst ist perfekt – wunderschön eingerichtet, geräumig und an einem atemberaubenden Ort gelegen, der uns völlige Entspannung ermöglicht hat. Pantelis hat sich sehr bemüht, uns mit hilfreichen Tipps und Empfehlungen für die Umgebung zu versorgen, sodass wir die griechische Kultur auf eine besondere Weise erleben konnten. Wir sind so dankbar für die Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit, die wir hier erfahren haben. Wir würden liebend gern wiederkommen und können diese Villa jedem, der einen außergewöhnlichen Urlaub sucht, wärmstens empfehlen!

très belle propriété. espace piscine formidable ! hôte très réactif et arrangeant. vue imprenable ! maison très soignée et très propre. un seul petit bémol : la 4 ème chambre ne possède pas de porte ; les occupants sont donc réveillés dès que quelqu'un est levé. je recommence sans réserve cette villa.

Absolutely lovely house and neighborhood. We just stayed with our extended family for a week, wish it could’ve been longer - it really did feel like a home away from home, and not something designed for short-stay tourists. Comfortable, stocked with everything you might need, incredibly clean and furnished with great taste. The walk to the beach is pleasant and through the neighborhood, nowhere near the main road. The complex has a lovely lounge beach bar, but also plenty of wild beaches to choose from. The hosts are wonderful, they helped us with tips the entire trip. Thank you!

We stayed 5 nights, a family of 6 adults and 3 children and I must say that Nikos's villa is simply stunning! It looks exactly like the pictures, the pool is very large and the area outside is huge and very suitable for families with children who like to run around. Also, its location is excellent, 2 minutes drive to the beautiful promenade of Afytos, where there are many restaurants and boutique shops. In addition, there is a a beautiful beach right next to the Villa, look's likes the Maldives. Nikos was very helpful, answered us 24/7 for any questions we had, guided us in Afytos and even let us check in early and check out late due to a change in our flight, of course we appreciated it very much. I highly recommend and we will definitely will be back.

sehr schöne Unterkunft, direkt am Strand. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein Grillofen auf der Terrasse und die Spa Ecke sind hervorragend !

es war alles wunderbar! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das kleine bambusnest war eine wirklich liebevoll. eingerichtete Unterkunft. Wir können es sehr empfehlen!

Good hostess amazing place . Eirini was always available when we needed her . The house and all the facilities was very clean . Dog friendly we had our baby 🐕 with us big yard for her to play . The experience was really nice with the projector in the jacuzzi. We will prefer it again for sure .
