I had a wonderful one night stay at Blueberry Shoals. Britt and Donna’s directions were very helpful, and the place was well prepared. Britt took me on a wonderful tour of the property, and then I got to enjoy a lot of peaceful time in nature on the property. Britt and Donna were very responsive and even had little goodies for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and highly recommend!

This was great space for our small family and in a beautiful location with easy access to the best of Atlanta. The property is well maintained with everything needed for a short stay. The hosts provided detailed recommendations and guidance. We will definitely keep the carriage house in mind for future visits.

Gail’s place was perfect for my week-long intensive class at Emory—close, convenient, clean, had everything I needed. She was a fabulous host, offering clear instructions for check in and out and even some suggestions on places to eat. The bedding and accommodations were comfortable. Great mini-kitchen. I hope to stay again!

Always a pleasure to stay here. Lovely people all over the neighborhood, and Beverly and Boniface are no exception; they go above and beyond to make sure the stay is welcoming and up to par. Lodgings and pool are always clean and well maintained. Beautiful wild plants and animals and herb gardens abound. The driveway may be steep, but the price is not. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone staying in the area! My feeling is of humble gratitude and admiration.

Juana showed us so much generosity, compassion, and kindness during our stay. Our family needed someplace to stay (we’re from out of state) following my sister’s accident while in GA. We were able to have a calming haven to stay, close enough to walk to the hospital. She left us flowers and a card to brighten our day, was flexible with extending our booking multiple times, and we couldn’t be more grateful. The home felt like a warm hug after leaving the hospital each day. It’s close to anything you might need. We highly recommend this home and this host!

This was my second stay at this lovely cottage, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The space is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully set up with all the amenities you need to feel right at home. Fresh linens and towels were provided, and the separate bedroom from the main living area gave it a nice sense of space and privacy. The kitchenette and dining table made it easy to enjoy meals in, and everything was well maintained and spotless. The location is ideal—central and just a short distance from the UGA campus. The owner greeted me upon arrival, which added a personal and welcoming touch. I’d definitely stay here again!

Cozy cabin, very clean, perfect private location. We had the best host, super thoughtful and kind to their guests and furry ones! They provided pretty much everything that you need and more. You could go for a walk around the area and see beautiful mountain views. My favorite part of our stay was hanging out on the deck, while it was raining too. Can’t forget to mention, my partner was extremely happy to find frosted beer mugs in the freezer 😆

Laura’s home was by far the best! My boyfriend and I decided to get out of city for a while and found this hidden gem! Our host was amazing and very responsive to any questions we had. The pictures didn’t do any justice, felt like I walked right into my home! Such a beautiful space and can’t wait to book again! Thanks Laura for everything! 💜

Beautiful place, very nice hosts, everything you need for a short stay. Address was a little hard to find because the mailbox was buried in a bush. The stairs into the apartment/basement are very steep so you must be able to use them.

Very comfortable with plenty of amenities for both working and relaxing. Terry followed up just after check in and about a week later just to see if there were any issues or any needs.

I’ve stayed in gobs of AirBnb rentals, but this cottage may be the cutest! The owner has created a perfect little space for a couples’ getaway - the decor is so tasteful, the bathroom is clean and modern, and the bed is very comfortable. We appreciated all the extras, as well; she provided a snack basket, coffee and a water filter. The hot tub was nice and private, and the location was great for walking around town. Our stay was perfect!

We enjoyed staying at Ruth's apartment....easy to find, beautiful patio, safe & well lit at night, easy in & out. The apartment was beautiful as pictured, extremely clean and organized. Comfy beds, plenty of towels. Breakfast items & filtered water were a wonderful bonus!

This is the second time we stayed at Katherine’s Little Guest House, and it was just as delightful a stay as the first time! We absolutely plan on coming back to her charming guest house again and highly recommend it for any trip to Athens! My goodness is this place precious. From the permaculture garden, to the mighty fig trees, to the landscaping, to the gorgeous weathered board and batten studio and the adorable cottage/apartment house. We will book here every time my daughter attends soccer camp! They have created quite the oasis! We felt secluded but we were just a hop, skip and a jump to all the things. I also loved all the sculptures throughout the garden. Well done!

Steve's place was the perfect weekend getaway. I visited Atlanta to visit my son, who just bought a home. His house was still a wreck and I figured he could have a stay-cation and I didn't want to spend my time moving furniture and unpacking. The loft was exactly as pictured. The garden was beautiful. I enjoyed having coffee and toast out on the deck as the sun came up, listening to the birds and watching the squirrels and chipmunks. Everything was clean, tidy and in working order. High-speed wi-fi and a Smart TV we were able to cast to. And, the water pressure in the shower was great! I'll definitely stay again when I'm in Atlanta...maybe even after my son's home is ready. The neighborhood is amazing, historical and gentrified. Shops, restaurants and groceries all within walking distance. Quick Uber rides to attractions. Thank you!

Kathleen's Carriage House was extremely welcoming with her many personal and welcoming touches. The local art all around the place was special, and we smiled at the view of all the flowers we could see from our beautiful front porch - not to mention the multiple fresh flower arrangements inside. Everything was so comfortable and the appliances and furniture were all up to date. Looking at the before and after photos supplied it was truly amazing how this place has been magically transformed into the space it has become!

The loft ,tucked into the Blue Ridge mountains is a fabulous retreat to relax and unwind. Away from the hustle and bustle but a short drive to Blue Ridge. The views out the windows and off the deck were breathtaking. A cozy and comfortable loft with everything we needed. Melvin welcomed us and showed us around and was such a great host. He recommended great places to eat and some great nearby hikes to try out. The yard outside the loft was beautiful with the lovely flower beds and adorable chickens running through the yard. We also enjoyed Bo the pup who was so sweet. We well definitely stay here again when we go back up toward the Blue Ridge area.

My husband, senior dog, and I had a quick overnight stay to go to a concert in Atlanta. Quiet, safe neighborhood. If I were traveling alone for business in the Atlanta area, I would feel comfortable staying there by myself. Space was clean. Bed was comfortable. Host was responsive and helpful.
