Holiday rentals with a kayak in Hall County

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Ellen’s place! The dock was particularly spectacular and such a nice place to hang out on a sunny afternoon! The outdoor space around the house was similarly pleasant. The only thing that stood out is that there are several additional security cameras on the exterior of the house as well as motion sensors and noise level detectors inside the home. Other than these, my family and I felt right at home!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! It was perfect for our family—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The view of the lake was so serene, and we loved spending time outside soaking it all in. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking meals a breeze. It truly felt like a home away from home. The peaceful setting and thoughtful touches throughout the house made our trip extra special. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway, and we’d love to stay here again!

Very nice house on Lake Lanier. Basically everything in the house is updated and has everything you need. Short walk (a couple of minutes) down to the dock. Stayed with our 7 month old and 2 dogs and all were happy. Would stay again next time we come to the area.

We recently stayed at Dan's place for my Daughter's wedding in Cumming. It was great for the bridal party to relax and enjoy the night before the wedding and for our family to come to after the wedding.

I cannot say enough great things about this property. We arrived to the most beautiful house in a location that was utterly perfect! This home has absolutely everything you would need, essentially just show up with food and clothes! The beds were all VERY comfortable, soft linens, plenty of pillows and well put together. The living areas were cozy & comfortable. Games, items to enjoy the lake, outdoor areas, fire-it for s'mores were all a bonus. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely every thing you would need. The countertop icemaker was my daughters favorite feature! Our kids enjoyed the kayaks, paddleboards and floats. We enjoyed a glass of wine while watching them! Easy communication & great host. You could not ask for a better house! Thank you for the best stay! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home, beautiful view. Chefs kitchen with every tool imaginable. Beds were incredibly comfortable, only beat by the even more comfy sofa. Looking forward to coming back.

Excellent place to stay. Easy to find with plenty of room to park. We had 5 trucks and 2 boat trailers. It is a steep climb back from the boat dock but worth it.

We loved this A frame on the Lake! Loved the vintage touches and decor, it was very fitting for a lake house. The spiral staircase was neat but it's pretty steep. The only negative I have about the house is the deck. Deck was dirty and needed a good cleaning, deck furniture was nasty. Couldn't sit out there but it had rained at night anyway. The inside was great! Comfy beds, plenty of places to sit and relax. Great kitchen with retro fridge and stove. Quiet spot on the lake to fish and kayak. 2 Kayaks were provided but one was quite dirty and the rack holding it up appeared to be falling apart so be careful about that. I did inform Kevin about the deck outside and that the cushions needed replacing. Overall very clean and enjoyable and close to everything you'd need in town!

We had a great time on our impromptu trip to the lake. The house was clean and the sunsets were beautiful from the dock.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Zoe's house. The house was close to Lake Lanier Olympic Park and Laurel Park, and not far from the downtown. Zoe's artwork, furnishings, sheets, towels and candles really set the home apart from other places at which I have stayed. We look forward to our next stay.

Beautiful home! Susan is awesome and communication was incredible. She really made our stressful wedding weekend easier and I truly appreciate her going the extra mile to assist with our special accommodation needs.

This was such a charming cottage with a wonderful view of the river. We really enjoyed roasting marshmallows over the fire pit and soaking in the hot tub. We definitely hope to make it back during the warmer months to go tubing and swimming.

We were sad about our usual vacation home being sold, but it must have been a blessing in disguise. Hal’s place is beautiful. We spent the entire week enjoying the water with our kids then finished the days with smores at the fire pit. It’s the perfect get away home to spend time outdoors with the family. We can’t wait till next time!

Anya was an excellent host. We stayed at this listing for a wedding weekend. We had some tuxes mailed to the house and Anya and her husband ensured the packages were safe and delivered to us, her communication was always great. The listing itself was incredible. Definitely a place to stay for a big group. 10/10 recommend!

great stay

We are absolutely in love with this cabin!!!. We were looking for a place to stay for our 1st anniversary and this place was nothing but perfect. It’s also completely private with beautiful scenery everywhere you go. Even our pup had a blast in the water and the huge yard to run in. Do listen to there warnings about the road, go very slow when you go down or up the street especially after it rains and you may have problems with your cellular services in select places but once your connection to their WiFi at the house there is no issue in that vicinity. We did have one small problem pop up, that was out of anyone’s control mind you, but the host was very quick to respond and helpful in make the most out of our trip, which we appreciate very much. The pictures we see online don’t even do the cabin justice when comparing to in person. Thank y’all for letting us stay in your beautiful cabin for a few days, we all had a blast and can’t wait to be back one day🫶🏼

Clean and quiet. Just what we were looking for. We recommend highly!!

Such a beautiful, serene retreat! Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Michael’s cabin. It’s comfortable, adequately furnished and relaxing. Our boys LOVED using the kayak and paddle boat to fish on the lake for hours every day! Downtown Blue Ridge is a quick 15 minute drive if we needed to grab food or any necessities.

This was by far one of our favorite vacations and we have traveled all over the world! The house was nicely furnished, very clean bedrooms and hotel like bathrooms. The kitchen was extremely functional and the decks were furnished well to use right away. The outdoor living area was amazing! Our family of 7 could watch a movie every night and roaring fire. This was the most relaxing and recharging vacation we have had and exactly what we needed after a busy school year. The surroundings were magical and felt like living in a tree house!

We had the best time at this adorable creekside cabin! From the moment we arrived, check-in was a breeze and the host was super communicative and helpful throughout our stay. The cabin was spotless and had so many thoughtful touches — even mini shampoo and conditioner! We loved the hot tub, canoeing on the pond, and spending lazy mornings on the porch swing bed listening to the creek. Our dogs, Basil and Sage, had an absolute blast swimming and exploring the property. The gated porch was perfect for keeping them safe while still enjoying the outdoors. We also grilled burgers, hung out under the string lights, and soaked up the peaceful vibe. Just a perfect little escape — we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Kit and Billy’s place is perfect for a little get away. The cabin is breathtaking and filled with thoughtful touches. We were able to easily walk to the lake, canoe a bit, and go for a little swim. We had everything we needed. The space was very clean and cozy. I can’t wait to come back!

This is our second time staying at Lisa’s place. This cabin is the best cabin we have stayed at. The place is beautiful, the view is beautiful , Lisa is absolutely, without question the best host we have encountered. Everything you need is provided. We would not hesitate staying here again. The area is great , lots of things to do and Lisa provides excellent folders of information and books to help you. Thanks Lisa for being such a great host!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Blue Ridge cabin! The cabin vibes were exactly what we were hoping for peaceful, cozy, and relaxing. We especially loved the screened-in porch, which was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was great close to everything but still felt tucked away and quiet. I would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!
