Walking distance to the city center and commerce at varbergs square, all cafes and restaurants, about 400 meters. If you are looking for a sea walk or a salty bath, it is 400 meters down to the sea which you also see partly from the property. In the house there are two apartments that share on the patio with chairs, table and grill. Access to laundry room. There is access to some bikes but it is otherwise easy to rent a bike via an app. If you want to borrow, this is agreed upon. Exercise track and outdoor gym only 300 m away.

There are two 80cm beds in a separate bedroom and a 160cm double bed in the living room. Bed linen and towels are included. HD TV with HDMI cable and Chromecast are available. There is a washing machine, dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. Access to garden and grill is offered at the front of the guesthouse. Parking is available.

Boendet ligger ca 1 km från vacker cykel/promenadväg längs havet till Stråvalla strand/badplats (ca 3 km) med kiosk(sommartid), lekplats, parkering och stor separat djurstrand. Boendet har kyl, mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare, koppar, porslin etc (disk lämnas till värden och byts till ren). Babysäng (upp till 3år) och babystol kan ordnas vid förfrågan.

There is a private laundry room with a washer and dryer in the apartment.

The home for those who like to surf, paddle Sup, bike, bike, fish, run and walk by the sea. Here you could easily go and bike to beaches in Apelviken and at Södra Näs for surf sports and swimming. In the area you also have beach beds with paths for walks or a run by the sea. If you want to go fishing, you have several places to choose along the outside of the home, for example. Rödskär. Apartment Södra näs Varberg, 300m to the sea

Lägenhet i mycket bra skick. Det mesta är renoverat de senaste åren. En flygel i vårt hus, en stallbyggnad uppförd år 1916, vi bor själva på gården. Boyta 120m2, ett stort allrum, tre sovrum, kök, toalett, dusch och tvättmaskin. Grill och trädgårdsmöbler. Vackra omgivningar, promenadstråk och nära till vackra havsbad. Lugnt och tyst från biltrafik, även inne tack vare de tjocka stenväggarna. Gästerna brukar säga att de sovit väldigt bra. Tyst och svalt.
