Walking distance to the city center and commerce at varbergs square, all cafes and restaurants, about 400 meters. If you are looking for a sea walk or a salty bath, it is 400 meters down to the sea which you also see partly from the property. In the house there are two apartments that share on the patio with chairs, table and grill. Access to laundry room. There is access to some bikes but it is otherwise easy to rent a bike via an app. If you want to borrow, this is agreed upon. Exercise track and outdoor gym only 300 m away.

The area is also well-suited for cycling. The private apartment is upstairs. Laundry room in the basement and practical drying racks in the garden where there is also the possibility to barbecue in the existing kettle grill. The historic bakery, Börjes, is 500 meters away and is open in the summer. Parking in the driveway and a second car can be parked along the wall

The accommodation is a separate apartment in a charming villa from the late 1800s that is located in the middle between the city center and a beautiful natural area. It is a bright and spacious apartment of 70 sqm that has a large fresh bathroom with both shower and bathtub. The living room is an open floor plan that is connected to a large fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is a private laundry room with a washing machine and dryer in the apartment.

Area 120m2, a large living room, three bedrooms, kitchen, toilet, shower and washing machine. Barbecue and garden furniture. Beautiful surroundings, walking paths and close to beautiful sea bathing. Calm and quiet from car traffic, even inside thanks to the thick stone walls. Guests will tell you that they slept very well. Quiet and cool.

There is a washing machine, dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. Access to garden and grill is offered at the front of the guesthouse. Parking is available.

In the area you also have beach beds with paths for walks or a run by the sea. If you want to fish, you have several places to choose from along the cape outside the property, such as Rödskär. Simple apartment near Arena, Sannarp and center

The apartment is located in the basement of our house in a residential area. This is a space we arranged first for our family and friends, and we also have other guests when they are not visiting us. We can provide a travel crib, and there are also a few toys for kids. Easy parking (or we can arrange a free pickup from Halmstad train station), convenient location near the center and the Arena (we can loan some bikes free of charge).
