Despite the seclusion, it is only 2 km to the nearest golf course, 4 km to the sea and 10 km to central Halmstad and Tylösand. Haverdal Nature Reserve with Scandinavia's highest sand dune and beautiful hiking trails can be found on your way to the sea.

Enjoy the colors of autumn and take the opportunity to book a peaceful, scenic and quiet accommodation right on the lake. The cottage overlooks nature, the lake and bird life all around. Follow the path along the headland to the jetty for a swim. Wood-fired sauna, boat and canoe can be rented on site. Sauna SEK 500, boat or canoe SEK 200. The cottage is adjacent to nature reserves as well as hiking and cycling trails. Fishing licenses are required for fishing in the lake. Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Cozy cabin by the lake

Welcome to a fresh cottage in a fantastic nature with a rich environment. The cottage is 30 m2 and has a combined living room and kitchen. One bedroom and a sofa bed. When you look out, you have a view of the lake where you also have access to a boat for fishing and swimming. Don't be surprised if you see both moose and deer pass by the cottage. Ullared is only 40 minutes away and you will find a grocery store 20 minutes' drive from the cottage. In the area, there are a total of 3 cottages and we rent out two of these.

Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as the plot border. There is a balcony, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025! Two single beds where before there was only one single bed in the upstairs bedroom. NEW 2024! Two Standup paddleboards! NEW 2023! We now have three canoes available for rent! Bicycles are included and there are various walking trails nearby. It is about 3.5 km from the sea and 9 km to Falkenberg city center.

The house is located next to a lake that is excellent for swimming and fishing. There is also forest just around the house with several hiking trails and nice berry and mushroom fields. There is a large plot with room for play, and a large trampoline! Or come to enjoy the peace and quiet, and the beautiful view of the lake, which is almost magical, especially at sunset.
