Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Beautiful timber house from the 1820s, newly renovated in 2018. The house has stunning views of Öresund, located in the Möllehässle Nature Reserve 2 km south of Mölle. Local bus is within walking distance. Tastefully decorated with high-quality materials. There are two floors consisting of a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine. Three bedrooms (1 x 140 cm bed, 1 x 140 cm bed & 1 x 160 cm bed, loft with 2 x 120 cm bed), dining room, living room and two bathrooms. Both with shower and one with washing machine & dryer.

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees.
