The hosts are incredibly friendly and accommodating, the rooms are super clean. The entrance area exudes a special atmosphere, with a mixture of traditional elements and modern accents. The location is perfect – quiet, yet central and easily accessible. Particularly noteworthy is the delicious breakfast, which leaves nothing to be desired. It was a great experience all around, and we will definitely be back! Highly recommended! Another stay will follow.

We only spent one night passing through to Croatia with our two children and dog in Ben's BnB. Everything is lovingly decorated. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The two hosts are very nice and helpful. Glad to come back.

Large rooms to stay with the four of you, small balcony and a small shared kitchen. We stayed there in transit and I will definitely recommend it.

I was allowed to spend a night in a truly dreamy accommodation - a place where you feel welcome and comfortable from the first moment. The house is beautiful and designed with great attention to detail. I was particularly impressed by the garden - so well maintained and inviting that you immediately lose yourself in it. The room was perfect: spotlessly clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need - even a small refrigerator was available. The bathroom was also in top condition - everything was sparkling clean and very well maintained. The hostess is an incredibly friendly and attentive lady. You can tell that she really cares about the well-being of her guests. She was always helpful and served me a lovingly prepared breakfast that left nothing to be desired. An accommodation that I can highly recommend - everything is just right here!

Mark and Nicky were wonderful hosts. Mark welcomed us warmly and introduced us to the cozy house and the beautiful surroundings. In the morning, we enjoyed peaceful moments on the little balcony. There’s also a small waterfall about a 20-minute walk from the house — a very pleasant and easy hiking route. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which had a much wider variety than I expected. There’s nothing better than enjoying breakfast in such a stunning setting. I also want to mention their kindness: Mark kindly gave us a ride into town, and when I accidentally left my small bag behind, he went out of his way to return it to me. I’m truly grateful and will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I was looking for affordable place to stay near Saalbach-Hinterglemm during the FIS alpine world championship. I found it at Hans´s place. Hans and Corrine were great hosts, Hans picked me up with his car when I arrived to the train stationand gave me good recommendations about the local bus transport. His house is Schuttdorf - 5 minutes by bus from the Zell am See tran station. Room and facilities were very clean. There is a breakfast in the morning (included in the price). The neighborhood is very quiet, and you need 5-10 minutes by bus to reach Zell am See (depends where are you going to). Nearest bus station is 8 minutes of waking from Hans´s house. If you are looking for affordable place to eat, I can recommend grill pub Papa Joes which is 10 minutes of walking from Hans´s house. Big and tasty pizzas,burgers and sausages. It looks pretty ordinary from the outside, but the quality of food, portion size and price is great for such an expensive destination as Zell am See is.

The view from rooms was stunning. Claudia was very personable and accommodating. Breakfast left nothing to be desired. The room and bathroom were very clean. A guesthouse that I definitely recommend.

Definitely a great place. The villa looks just like those in the movies - antique furniture and interesting history. The shared space is very clean with a vintage style. It’s on a small hill which provides wonderful views and air. It’s good to walking up there as there is beautiful river view and grassland. Sometimes there’s a cute black cat. Host - Peter is absolutely a considerate, hospitable, and fun host (also handsome). It was really good to talk to him and to ask for local advices. One of the best things about traveling is to have interactions and connections with people who you might never know if it is not for this trip. Overall, I had a wonderful time here. I would really recommend this place to those who want to peruse inner peacefulness and experience some hits of nostalgia as written in Peter’s description.

Larry and Lisa were phenomenal hosts! They made us feel right at home and provided wonderful recommendations for local activities and restaurants. They also provided us with recommendations on places to stop on our journey driving throughout the country. I would highly recommend staying with them. Their home was warm and comforting and the surrounding area was absolutely stunning. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the place to go.

A wonderful stay. Beautiful view from the windows on the surrounding mountains, valleys, and villages. Very clean and nicely renovated, and the theatrical theme makes this place truly a unique stay. The rooms are well equipped and very well designed, making you feel comfortable and making the room feel spacious and modern. A great place - highly recommend it!

A very peaceful cozy place where you will feel right at home. It’s a steep climb up the mountain to get there but certainly worth the effort. We had an excellent stay here!

I would definitely recommend booking a room here. It was so lovely and clean, and not least a great view! Viktoria was always incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was just fine, and there was everything for both children and adults. The whole hotel had a very authentic and quiet atmosphere. I've rarely had such a sweet host before.

The thing i liked the most that when she knew i was a Muslim, on breakfast she was proactive and give me turkey instead of pork. Really appreciate it!! Plus she was friendly and respectful!

I was absolutely delighted, and will stay here again, including breakfast, if it were to draw me to Laubichl again, because that was heavenly! After the cozy night in extremely comfortable beds and such a diverse and qualitative breakfast buffet, the day could only be fantastic! After the warm welcome and the first pleasant conversations, you immediately felt very comfortable. The view from the location of the guesthouse has been equally outstanding, from there you also have it not far to the most beautiful hiking routes, both on foot and by car.

Super friendly host, breakfast prepared is amazing . They even offered us the winter windscreen protector. Such a most thoughtful host i have ever met. Another guests i heard the host offered them a ride to station.

I liked the place, a self contained room with own bathroom. A good and helpful host who replied quickly and was on-hand when I needed them, left me to get on with my holiday the rest of the time. The place is a short but uphill walk from the bus stop and shops. Kaprun is beautiful, and I would stay at this accommodation again.

Alexandra place is trully beautiful and stunning location, very restful and refreshing. Alexandra was very helpful warm and generous. Responded promptly to my many questions. We had interesting conversations. The room was very comfortable spacious and beautifully decorated... It was just what I needed. The yoga room, the cool pool and the quiet sit out looking at the mountains was serene, energising and uplifting. I wished i could have stay longer than three nights. I hope to revisit and stay longer. It important to remember that that there are no shops close by, so planning your shopping and food is essential. Alexandra was very helpful in driving me to the supermarket. I throughly enjoyed my stay :)

We liked our stay at Leopoldine’s place. Everything was neat and clean and we loved our view of Hallstatt from our place of stay. We were taken care of very well as well, so no complaints. The only thing that concerned us was that it was mentioned in the Airbnb description that parking was available on the premises but in fact, the parking was about 20 min walk away from the place of stay.

A dream - the landlords anticipate all wishes and their warmth cannot be surpassed. The location is great! It can't get any better and more beautiful. I'll be back soon and longer. THANK YOU for the wonderful time 🫶
