Description Ground Floor The generous entrance hall of our luxury vacation home leads to a spacious and comfortable dining room with its own tiled stove, lending itself not only for shared meals, but also long conversations and game nights. The adjoining kitchen offers everything that’s needed for a long family vacation – a fridge, an electrical stove with an oven, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee- and tea maker. The stylishly furnished living room invites you to read a book or enjoy a film night together – our smart TV offers all kinds of options, whilst WiFi is available throughout the house. groundfloor is 1 sleepingroom for 2 people. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, as well as a WC. First Floor The first floor is home to 4bedrooms, each equipped with a full-size bed. Every bedroom is outfitted in a rustic chic interior, with beautiful antique cabinets, modern box-spring beds, and countless beautiful details that round off the rooms. The bathroom has a double washbasin and a whirlpool tub, making it not only a practical place for every-day use, but even more a perfect spot to retreat to after a long day. if you will be 14 people, its possible but please notice that the extra sofa will be on the floor where all 4 sleepingrooms are. the villa is perfect for 10-12. but if you want we arrange 14 too. notive 2 bathrooms with 2 toiletts. Yard The spacious yard boasts over 1500m2 of green, with plenty of space to relax, play, and enjoy. A 4x8m private pool with an outdoor shower and sun loungers, a beautiful terrace with a barbecue, outdoor furnishings for a relaxed dinner among the stars, and a play area with swings and mud kitchens are what vacation dreams are made of. Give the traditional bread baking oven a try with a loaf or two, and do feel free to reach out if you’d like some help from our bread baking maestra Kati. And no worries – no one will be watching, other than a few grazing cows in the nearby fields. Feel truly at peace in our secluded location, surrounded by the mountain ranges of Salzburg. A paved road only five minutes off the main motorway leads to our Chalet Green Pastures. A short 15-minute drive will take you to the city of Salzburg and the airport, 30 minutes to the beautiful region Salzkammergut, boasting the idyllic lakes Fuschl- and Wolfgangsee. Our luxury vacation home is also the ideal place for your furry friends - with several lanes and paths to explore right from your doorstep, you’ll be spoilt for choice on your daily walks.

Luxurious penthouse apartment

The sunny penthouse apartment is located on the outskirts of Salzburg in Anif. With 78 m², it can accommodate up to 6 people. A total of 1 living area with fully equipped kitchen, 1 laundry room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet are available. The sofa quickly becomes a cozy bed for two. The highlight is the massage shower and whirlpool bathtub in the bathroom and the pool in the garden. The apartment is easily accessible by car as well as public transportation. In the summer season, the pool can be used outdoors. I travel abroad a lot. However, my daughter is often there and is available for questions. A supermarket, gas station, fashion store and drugstore are within easy walking distance. The bus station is also a 5-minute walk away.

Quiet and idyllic vacation home

You will be staying on a typical regional farm in the mountains. The house is accessible via a MOUNTAIN ROAD about 10 km outside the village area (supermarket) in a quiet location. It is comfortably furnished, and you have to provide your own hot water and room heating with a wood-burning stove in the cold season. Ideally suited for self-catering. Bring your own duvet covers. The local tax is €3 per night and per person; children up to the age of 15 are free. The Tennengau Card and the Mobility Ticket are included.

Spacious vacation home, close to Salzburg, in nature

Our family-friendly vacation home on our small farm is in a very sunny and quiet location near the village, in the Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau) hiking area. You can reach the Celtic city of Hallein by car in about 20 minutes, the Mozart city of Salzburg in about 30 minutes, and the nearest ski resort in 40 minutes. Various summer and winter hiking trails and swimming lakes invite you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings to the fullest. In 2026, my guests will also receive the Tennengau Card and Mobility Ticket by email.

Luxury Appartement in the alps 2-5 people

Biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 3,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

Studio apartment suitable for a couple looking to spend a few days in the mountains. The Studio is 18sqm large and is equipped with a large double bed, a small dining table, a basic kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The Studio is located on the second floor. There is no balcony. Please note that we are located in Werfenweng, a mountain village in Salzburg state but not in the city of Salzburg!!
