The highlight is the massage shower and whirlpool bathtub in the bathroom and the pool in the garden. The apartment is easily accessible by car as well as public transportation. In the summer season, the pool can be used outdoors. I travel abroad a lot. However, my daughter is often there and is available for questions. A supermarket, gas station, fashion store and drugstore are within easy walking distance. The bus station is also a 5-minute walk away.

Our family-friendly vacation home on our small farm is in a very sunny and quiet location near the village, in the Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau) hiking area. You can reach the Celtic city of Hallein by car in about 20 minutes, the Mozart city of Salzburg in about 30 minutes, and the nearest ski resort in 40 minutes. Various summer and winter hiking trails and swimming lakes invite you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings to the fullest. In 2026, my guests will also receive the Tennengau Card and Mobility Ticket by email.

Biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 2,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash.
