This is what holiday dreams under thatched roofs look like: The Frisian cottage "Kliemkiker" was newly built in 2016: 120 square meters of living space for up to 4 people on a nearly 1000 square meter plot with fantastic views, directly on the Wadden Sea National Park. A dog is also very welcome. All North Frisian islands (Sylt, Föhr, Amrum) and Halligen (e.g. Hooge, Gröde, Langeness) as well as the islands of Pellworm and Römö in Denmark are easily reached by car, train or boat as a day trip.

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Here we found our perfect retreat at the North Sea and designed it in such a way that we can enjoy the nature, the tranquility and the expanse here without having to forego the comfortable joys of modern living... Shepherd's wagon meadow lodge

Enjoy pure nature and stay in our shepherd's wagons (similar to tiny houses) in the middle of the sheep pasture. The cars are comfortably furnished with a full bathroom and small kitchen, so you won't miss anything. The shepherd's wagons are close to the main building of the Friesenhof - there you can take advantage of further amenities: breakfast, farm shop, wellness, children's paradise, bicycle rental, fireplace, etc. For 4 people, we will provide a stroller.

Old Barn by the Lake

Welcome to our terp in Waygaard on Bottschlotter See. The Old Canoe Hous is a lovingly furnished, open 130 square meter apartment in our thatched-roof barn with a view of the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marsh. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can fish, canoe, cycle around the accommodation and watch the flocks of birds that use the lake, which is partly a nature reserve, as a migration and nesting site.

This beautiful, newly renovated apartment is located in the middle of the Fahretoft district. The loggia and the garden with a cozy seating area and a beach chair offer plenty of space to relax. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an open living-cooking area complete the offer. You can book linens and towels for €15 per person or bring your own. We charge a fee of €5 per dog per day. Please let us know this before your arrival.

Sliapmots Vacation Rental

The apartment Sliapmots (Frisian: sleeping cap) is centrally located in Wyk/Boldixum on the road that connects the harbor with the city of Wyk and the island villages. An ideal starting point for excursions to the islands. The city center with shops and the beach is about 1 km away, so everything is easily accessible by bike. The apartment is newly renovated and lovingly and individually furnished.

Emma Apartment – Sunshine in a Cottage Garden

Relax in this light-flooded and cozy accommodation and enjoy the view of the beautiful garden. The apartment is located on my farm in the south and is therefore wonderfully bright. Here in Bupheverkoog you can enjoy relaxing tranquility. My kids sometimes romp in the garden and you can also hear the sheep and cattle from time to time. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or in the yard.
