Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Old Canoe Barn

Welcome to our terp in Waygaard on Bottschlotter See. The Old Canoe Hous is a lovingly furnished, open 130 square meter apartment in our thatched-roof barn with a view of the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marsh. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can fish, canoe, cycle around the accommodation and watch the flocks of birds that use the lake, which is partly a nature reserve, as a migration and nesting site. The lake is used for windsurfing and wingfoiling.

Lütt Hus on the dike - As the name implies - it is small and beautiful! Perfectly equipped, provided with individuality. The Wadden Sea, Fuhlenhörn swimming area, farms, a unique landscape, the right place for deep relaxation and recreation. We live next door - but not always and look forward to nice guests. For our guests we are always available by phone, email or WhatsApp. Our cleaning lady makes sure that everything shines and will make up the beds on request.

Nordstrandnixe on land - 150 meters to the sea

In a dream location - 150 meters from the most beautiful Nordstrand beach Fuhlehörn - is the enchanting Nordstrand Mermaid House with two apartments. This small 40 sqm apartment on the ground floor is ideally suited for two people. On request, three people can stay here. The third person can sleep in the alcove under the stairs. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this sea-like apartment is the Nordstrandnixe über Land.

Together with our children, we have fulfilled the dream of living in our own little paradise and are now happy to welcome you to our farm in one of the 3 separate lovingly furnished apartments. Entspann dich in dieser lichtdurchfluteten und gemütlichen Unterkunft und genieße den Blick in den schönen Garten. Die Wohnung liegt auf meinem Hof im Süden und ist darum herrlich hell. Hier im Bupheverkoog kannst du erholsame Ruhe genießen. Meine Kinder toben mal im Garten und die Schafe und Rinder hörst du auch ab und zu. Rauchen ist weder in der Wohnung noch auf dem Hof gestattet.

The Süderhof is located only a few meters behind the dike that separates the marsh landscape from the Wadden Sea. Here you can take long walks, enjoy the wide view over salt marshes and the sea and let the North Sea wind blow around your nose.
