Experience authentic farm life in a charming, authentic "hallingstuga" (farmhouse). Here, you can grind coffee beans in an old mill and brew coffee over a wood-fired stove if you like. A refrigerator, a freezer, and a new bathroom are the latest additions. Hallingstugu is located on a working farm with cows, sheep, and free-range chickens. In the outdoor area, there is plenty of space for skiing and sledding. Popular nearby attractions include Nesfjellet Alpine Resort, golf, Nystølkroken Café, Langedrag Nature Park, and an extensive network of cross-country skiing trails. Everything is within a few kilometers by car.

Cozy and charming cabin right by the water, with a wood-fired hot tub, access to a sauna with mountain views. Here you will experience the pleasant and simple cabin life – without electricity and running water. Light the fire, slow down among forests, mountains and water. Only a few minutes from the center of Ål. Enjoy quiet evenings on the terrace with a bonfire, a hot bath under the open sky, and a hot sauna with a dip in the fjord. Well-equipped kitchen with gas stove – rowboat, outhouse, fire pan, and more! An atmospheric experience alone by the water in the heart of Hallingdal.

Fjellgla treetop cabin

Here you have the opportunity to spend the night in the top of the trees and enjoy the tranquility and wildlife of the forest. Here you can meet birds and squirrels, and there are good opportunities to spot deer and elk. In the summer months, there are alpacas grazing around the treetop cabin. The cabin is 30 sqm with a bedroom with double bed and two double beds on the loft. It has electricity, hot and cold water, bathroom with toilet and kitchen (Note! No shower). There is a terrace around the entire treetop cabin. There is a fire pit in the outdoor area by the cabin.

Charming farmhouse by the river, Gol, Hallingdal

Behind the house (20 metres) you'll find the river Hallingdalselva, where you can fish for trouts. You may borrow a canoe or a small rowing boat. Cozy dorm on the farm. The house is built in 1905 and has interiors from the turn of the century to about 1970. Large, bright and airy bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Kitchen and living room with wood stove and fireplace on 1st floor. The house is just by Hallingdalselva with great swimming and fishing opportunities. You can borrow a rowboat or canoes. We speak Norwegian, English and Spanish.

CABIN - in the middle of the mountain paradise

THE CABIN - is a newly built cabin (2024), located in a small cabin area on Oppheimsåsen with quiet surroundings. This is a cabin that is excellent for the large family, or several families. The cabin has a high and modern standard. There are ski slopes right outside, bike path, fishing lake, as well as several mountain hikes nearby. Welcome to Ål in Hallingdal and our cabin Annebu. The cabin is located in unspoiled and beautiful surroundings with a stunning view. Located at 930 meters above sea level, the ski conditions are guaranteed in winter, but there are also plenty of activities and swimming opportunities in summer. Well suited for families with children of all ages. Winter road up to the cabin, and ski in ski out (cross-country skiing).
