Our small cozy cottage, is perfectly located in quiet and scenic surroundings close to both the sea and the forest. The house offers a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. Outside you will find cozy terraces, where you can, among other things, sit under the covered terrace and relax in the sun or enjoy long evenings in the fresh air. The summerhouse is located between Lyngså, which has the most beautiful beaches in the coast and Voerså city with, among other things, shopping and yachts. 1000 m to the sea!

South of Sæby is this lovely summerhouse from 2020 on 87 m2. Enjoy a walk down to the child-friendly beach where the children on the way home can play at the nice playground, which is close to the summerhouse. If it's not beach weather, there is also the possibility of a picnic in the nearby forest. The house is located on a 1582 m ² nature plot. It is 500 m to the sea. Nearest shopping is located at a distance of 7 km. The house includes several cozy nooks and terraces where the sun can be enjoyed.

Primitive Rustic Village House

Little old primitive house from year 1947. The house has a fireplace as the main heating source. So in the cold season please only book this place if you know how to use a fireplace as it's very cold with no fire. The house is located in a small village called Dokkedal right next to a huge nature area and the east coast. You'll have your own entrence into this beautiful nature area a few meters from the main door. Pets are allowed and the house is an old one so it's not allergy friendly.

Hytten har 500 kvm separat areal i vild natur. Plads til 2 personer, men der er mulighed for ekstra opredning. Der er 2 cykler til fri rådighed. Fri parkering. Elbiler kan ikke oplades. Hyggelig sommerhus på 60 m2 ved Hals. Kort gåavstand til strand og Hals by. Grenser ind til friområde (skov) og meget tæt på nydelig golfbane. Der er flotte turstier langs vandet. Huset ligger solrikt og har stor have. Der er gasgrill, havemøbler, sandkasse, gyngestativ og div. legetøj og spil til rådighed. Sommerhuset indeholder et lyst køkken/alrum med spiseplads. Der er brændeovn (inklusiv brænde) og TV med Cromecast. Der er fiberbredbånd og Wi-Fi i huset.

Huset ligger i anden klitrække, blot 100 meter fra en skøn og børnevenlig strand og fra sommerhuset kan du nyde duften af vand og lyden af bølgerne. Der er en sti direkte til stranden for enden af indkørslen og i klitterne findes en bænk hvor du kan nyde den betagende udsigt over vandet.
