Welcome to "Bellevue" - our beautiful cottage in one of the highest places in Kulhuse. Here you have a view of the canopy of the North Forest and a fantastic light from morning to evening. At Bellevue you can really relax, recharge, and enjoy nature on the highest levels. Minutes from forest, beach, and close to shopping. We have designed our house as an adult house for four. Children over 15 are welcome. The house is built in 2022/2023 and we take good care of it. There is a charging box for electric car and hybrid car

Vores bolig ligger tæt på skov og strand, udendørsaktiviteter og fantastiske udsigter og oplevelser. Vores bolig er god til par, solnydere, forretningsrejsende og familier (med børn). Boligen er handicapvenlig, uden dørtrin og egnet til kørestolsbrugere. Huset ligger ud til Liselejevej, men haven, orangeri og terrasse er ud mod en rolig villavej. Hele huset udlejes kun når vi selv er bortrejst. Der er også db.seng i orangeriet. Vi leverer både sengetøj og håndklæder. Husdyr er ikke tilladt.

Helt stille og roligt område 350 m. fra Godhavn station. Huset er på 120 m2 og indrettet smagfuldt i nordisk stil blandet med bambus, flet og lyse farver. Nye senge og dyner. Der er wifi, smart-tv, bluetooth højttaler og amerikaner køleskab med isterninger. Kaffe laves på stempelkander og ude er der en stor gas-grill inkl. gas.

There are plenty of accommodation options, in addition to the house's two beautiful bedrooms, you also get 35 bonus square meters with a stylish annexe and a separate laundry room with both a washing machine and dryer. All 90 m2 was carefully renovated in 2019. The beach is 5 min by car or 12 min biking away. 5 bicycles (2 adults) are available. The house is equipt with lots of utilities. Electricity is paid in accordance with the usage upon leaving.

Our completely private cottage is a bright and spacious cottage. Here is space for the whole family in the three bedrooms, 12 m2 annex and 15 m2 loft. Tennis court, nature playground and playing field are located in the Tisvildelund area of 66 residences. The area is beautiful with a lovely view, quiet and very child-friendly. Tisvildeleje has everything your heart desires of good shopping, lifestyle shopping, cozy cafes and restaurants. The house is within walking distance to a sandy beach.
