It is an ideal starting point for trips to the Lüneburg Heide, Hamburg and Bremen; Heidepark, Outlet Mall, Snow Dome, Soltau Therme, Cartcenter, Center Park, Wildpark, Serengeti Park, .. We are extremely popular as a transit stop for vacation trips and are close to the Autobahn. Experience peace.

I'm offering a luxurious house (I'm partly there too, but stay completely in the background) with the best equipment, e.g. underfloor heating, washing machine, office technology, garage, (bicycle) workshop, large garden. Hamburg can be reached by car in about 30 minutes, the Elbe and Hamburg-Harburg in about 15 minutes. The Lüneburg Heath is right outside the door. There is a small glider airfield in the village. It is possible to arrive by train - the best way is by car or bike.

In addition, you have your own small garden area with table and chairs.

The forty square meter basement apartment is a new part of the semi-detached house that we have been renting for years. The inland Elbe is right behind the dike, just a few steps away. Enjoy peace, fresh air, proximity to agriculture - a place to breathe and relax.

The 2.5-room apartment was extensively renovated in 2022 and lovingly furnished. It is three stories, with the cozy living and kitchen area on the first floor. On the first floor is the bathroom with a chandelier and a large, freestanding bathtub. On the first floor is the master bedroom, which is equipped with a large double bed and a fold-out sofa. There is a second bathroom on this floor. The second bedroom is in the attic.
