The apartment is located in St. Georg, close to the main train station. The Steindamm offers lots of shopping, Lidl, Budni, and lots of good and cheap greengrocers. The Lange Reihe with its beautiful restaurants and bars is 250 m away. It is a 10-minute walk to the Alster. From here you can explore Hamburg on foot, the public transport is also all directly accessible. Large couch, cozy bed, 48" TV, great kitchen, it's all there for you. Ein großer Supermarkt mit einem Bäcker und ein ital. Restaurant sind ca. 1km entfernt. Am Eingangsbereich auf dem Grundstück befinden sich Sicherheitskameras.

OG Stockwerk befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Duschbad. Das große Schlafzimmer hat zwei Kingsize Betten (1,80x2 m). Im kleinen Schafzimmer ist ein Queensize Bett (1,40x2 m). Check-in flexibel (nach Absprache) Wir haben die Wohnung im November 2025 renoviert.

PAULI, REEPERBAHN, HARBOR CITY AND AIRPORT, EVERYTHING IS PRETTY CLOSE.

The location of the apartment is ideal. Less than 10 minutes' walk to Elbe Beach and Altona Station. There is a bus stop right outside the front door. Restaurant, bars and shopping are in the immediate neighborhood. Small delicatessens with loving specialties are on every corner. Living here is just fun. I would also be happy to give you tips to make your stay unforgettable.

Our simple little house offers a well-equipped pantry, shower room/toilet, dining area, cozy sofa and tiled stove on the first floor. On the upper floor (space-saving stairs, see photos) box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV, large desk with view. In front of the cottage is a pretty little garden seating area with private dike access. We look forward to seeing you!
