Old farm with modern amenities

Come and spend sunny spring days in Sysmä! A secluded old farm with modern amenities! The nearest neighbor is 600 m away. Two bedrooms and sleeping arrangements for 6+1. The barn building has a modern sauna with two showers and an Aito stove. There is a hot tub on the terrace (not in use when the ground or lake is frozen). Inside, there is a separate toilet and shower. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove and fridge-freezer. Washing machine in the basement. 600 m to the beach, where there is a swimming area and a rowing boat.

Juhlia ei ole sallittu! Olemme järven lähellä, mutta rantaan ei ole pääsyä. Lähimmät uimarannat ovat Idänpään tai Matkolammin uimaranta, jotka molemmat sijaitsevat noin 1,5 km päässä. Hämeenlinnan keskusta on vain reilun kolmen kilometrin päässä, ja lähimmälle golfkentällekin on vain reilu kilometri.

The waterfront is the Vanaja waterway extending from Hämeenlinna to Tampere (length about 80 km ). Nearby, 7 km (10 min) is the famous Aulanko Nature Preserve. This national monument houses a golf-course and spa. One of the main tourist attractions of southern Finland, is the Medieval Hame castle, constructed in the 13th century. It is 12 km (15 minutes) from the venue.

Main cottage: living room, kitchen+3 bedrooms and toilet up to.90m2. Also on the property is a second cottage with 4 separate beds on the top floor. Contemporary kitchen equipment, including a dishwasher. Sauna building has a shower, electric sauna and a small room. Large terrace in front of the sauna that also has a lot of wood-burning space.
