Idyllic, over 100-year-old wooden house with yard near the center. 3 fireplaces, a simple sauna in the basement, a modern kitchen, and a lush garden in the summer. Great access to the city center, university, and Nokia Arena about 10 mins on foot. Ideal for 4-5 people with their own sleeping area, but the house can accommodate up to 10 people. This is a home for those who love the vibe of an old house. If you think this is a hotel in an old house envelope, I recommend choosing a hotel.

Stay North - Katajala

Villa Katajala is a modern lakefront retreat just over an hour from Helsinki. Surrounded by forest and set only 20 metres from the water’s edge, this spacious villa features floor-to-ceiling windows, a glass conservatory, and two lawns for outdoor games. Idyllic, old farmhouse courtyard, close to good outdoor activities. The house is in a quiet location, yet a short drive away from services. Salpausselkä ski trails and off-road bike trails are just a short distance away. Messilä ski slopes, golf course and beach are only a few kilometers away. The house has sleeping accommodations for 5-6 people. The house and the large yard are at the guests' disposal. The yard has garden furniture for 6 people, as well as a gas and wood grill.

Kesäisin puuron päälle voi hakea vadelmia tai syksyn tullen pyöräyttää vaikka omenapiirakka pihan ompuista tai vain makoilla riippukeinussa.
