During the warmer weather months (May-October), guests also get FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and private dock on the property. Swan Cottage is very dog-loving & dog-welcoming home. The yard is not fenced, but we do provide ground stakes & cable ties.

This quiet TINY (144sq ft) gem, privately tucked away and yet very accessible, Cabin Unwind, has a seasonal porch, queen sized bed, a few 'kitchen appliances' and GREAT wifi. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

Beautiful view of Lincoln Lake. We are in the perfect location, 3 miles to town and 3 miles to the State Park, right on Lincoln Lake. Come and enjoy some time relaxing in a private guest house. Enjoy a hot tub or time in the sauna, after a nice ride on kayaks. Two kayaks are for your use while you visit. Lincoln Lake goes right out into Lake Michigan. We offer Wi-Fi and a fully private kitchen, living room w/ TV, dining room, bedroom, and office. Ludington has a ton of wonderful things to do.
